"Great location. Nice trails throughout neighborhood that are pretty and end at several of the local beaches. House has a nice backyard with a large table, bbq grill, many different types of chairs - nice place to relax if you don't want to walk to the beach. The house has three separate A/C units to keep you as cool as you want. We had problems with one of the units; however, the management company in charge of the house responded rapidly and solved the problem by bringing in portable units. The house was very quiet and on a dead end street, so very little traffic. The bedrooms were nice with comfortable beds, easily accommodating our three children and four adults.The kitchen was well stocked, if not a little strange - there were THREE different coffee makers:). Short drive to a good fish market, fruit stands, and grocery store. Access to a private athletic club allowed our grandkids to play in a pool with a slide when they got tired of the beach.We would definitely come back if we have an opportunity."

"Description in vrbo of the rental unit was very accurate. It is very nice and clean and very convenient. It is close to the shopping and restaurants, 5 min walk to Shipwreck Beach and Grand Hyatt Hotel. Very close to Poipu Beach. Kevin is a great host and always there if you have any questions. Overall a great place to stay for your vacation in Kauai. "
