「Had a fantastic time at The New Moon Umalas. The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable, and the villa was extremely clean. The New Moon Umalas is surrounded by great cafes, restaurants and is central to all of the core services that one should need during their stay in Kerobokan.」

「The villa with garden and private pool is very spacious and nicely decorated.
It is very quiet.
Friendly staff.
Very good location. There are plenty of nice restaurants and coffeeshops in walking distance. To further explore the area and go to the beach or shopping it is best to rent a scooter.
The kitchen could use a good scrub though.

「The property is pretty centrally located. It’s a quick Grab (Uber) ride to the beach. There are a couple of western style supermarkets within a five or 10 minutes walk distance for essentials. Each room has its own refrigerator. The suite themselves are very spacious, with the living room upstairs and a very large bathroom downstairs. But the standout feature is the individual private pool for each suite. This is a very good deal for the price point.」

「The staff is nice and the hotel rooms are pretty spacious with all the essentials provided. Yet there's not much point in that because hot water kept quitting. First, they had a water heater issue for 2 days and cold water came out of both taps. Then they fixed it for a day and then the water stopped entirely. Very poor maintenance of the property. 「We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Canggu. The location was one of our favorite parts — it felt peaceful and private, yet still very close to everything. There were many great restaurants within walking distance offering amazing cuisines, which made it easy to enjoy the neighborhood without needing to go far.
