The villa was very clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. They offered daily house-keeping. There is continuous supply of drinking water gallon for the dispenser, toilet paper, paper towel, toiletries for free.

Had a fantastic time at The New Moon Umalas. The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable, and the villa was extremely clean. The New Moon Umalas is surrounded by great cafes, restaurants and is central to all of the core services that one should need during their stay in Kerobokan.
