“We had a wonderful trip to CO in this house. It was immaculate & well maintained! Stacy is a great host & answered any questions promptly! The kitchen is well stocked with all of the necessities & there were extra supplies in the kitchen & bathrooms! The hot tub was a hit with our group! The upstairs master bath is small, but we made due. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home!”

“The house was beautifully remodeled with marble floors. There was plenty of space and the host was great! There were amenities for children, a basketball hoop & play set.”

“Good location in terms of walkability to the college and places to eat. Found quite a few spiders through out the space in different rooms, and the sheets were dirty (brown stain on fitted sheet). Overall was clean otherwise.”

“The house did not open when we first arrived. We got in but they needed to bring batteries for the front door lock. The house was freezing upon entry and had to call add the thermostat is not adjustable by guests. The garage door opener was stolen which they knew. The downstairs tv had several remotes. Several did not work (batteries?) so I wasn’t able to watch a game. The basketball game in the basement was fun for my son. Property was in good condition and the beds were nice but way too many……

“Never used the hot tub or even the basement area we only used for storage and shower. The side door never accepted the code so only used the front door. Kitchen was well stocked but only used it a couple of times. We used the house for more of a base to go places. Nice location, safe and quiet. ”
