“Always a pleasure staying with you over the years feels like my ktn home ”

“I stayed at Cape Fox Lodge about 6 or 7 years ago. This lodge was on the level of other premiere lodges in the northwest I love the location the views and the architectural style of the lodge. The room was clean. I was disappointed that the building and rooms are well overdue for a refresh. The menus in both restaurants were not as upscale as they were for my prior visit. The service was not on the same level either. The pictures in the museum had dogeared corners. The tram was broken and……

“First room had an inop TV. Broken window. Missing refrigerator and a leak in the bathroom ceiling that dripped water and had been there long enough for black mold to form. Second room was ok”

“I have stayed at this property more than three times, its my favorite place to stay in Ketchikan when I'm here. The place is clean and beautiful and has a million dollar view. Additionally, the host is wonderful and easy to communicate. ”

“We had a terrific stay on the Lady Faye - we are a family of 4 with 2 teen boys ( age 17 and 13). This is a beautiful ship in an incredible setting - we had coffee in the AM watching floatplanes and cruise ships glide by - in the evening seals and sea lions coupled with fishing cruisers coming and going was beautiful. Russell was very kind and accommodating and had nice touches like breakfast supplies and wine on arrival. The boat was very clean, beds very comfy and cozy, safely docked in a……

“Very nice property but no extra towels or blankets available. No cups in bathroom. Loved the electronic information board. ”

“Cabin was comfortable for 4 adults. Kitchen was small yet accomodating minus oven.Bathroom was functional and clean. Deck view was spectacular and charcoal grill was sufficient.Overall great stay.”

The person or people that reside in the upper unit stomped around late at night and were rude when the company we rented a car from were dropping off the vehicle and we were signing the paperwork with the company that delivered the car to the residence. She was also giving dirty looks while using the laundry facility next to the unit we rented.”
