It was a beautiful place. We had some issues that were a concern to use but the property manager didn't seem to care. Our vacation was still great and it's tough to complain when you're relaxing in the keys

Perfect location for our FLA national parks trip!

This rental has it all - private pool, kayak, paddle boards, pool toys. The kitchen was well equipped and the entire home was incredibly clean. It was the perfect spot for our family ranging in age from 2 - 67. Amazing indoor/outdoor living.

Having utilized many VRBO properties, this is the top of the heap! It was equipped with virtually anything that you would need for a great family vacation. Linens were plentiful and the bedding and mattresses rivaled the best hotels. Couple all of this with the location…and you cannot find better. I will absolutely make plans to stay again…but longer!

We arrived and the house was pristine. There were bikes, paddle boards, literally everything we could need to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed cooking in the fully stocked kitchen and appreciated all the coffee fixings. Our two families could not say enough how perfect the house was.

This house has it all! Amazingly decorated and every amenity you could want. The garage is full of beach toys, pickle ball paddles, bikes, etc. Beds are super comfy. Great location! You can not go wrong!!

We have stayed with Pineapple Properties in the past, hands down, Meredith is fantastic! The house was gorgeous, clean, and extremely well stocked! The space was great and the porch swing was well used! We also had teenagers that were out every day on the bikes, paddleboarding or playing ping-pong. Key Colony is such a nice location! We also lucked out with awesome neighbors & superb weather! We will be back again! Thanks so much!

Everything was perfect. The house was immaculate, very well stocked, organized, and had every amenity we could possibly want or need. It was in a perfect location for boating or driving anywhere. We will 100% be returning to this property. We loved it.

Amazing vacation!

This is by far the best house we’ve stayed at in The Keys. We enjoyed the paddle boards, bikes, and games on a daily basis. The pool chillers were the best after a day on the boat. The beds were comfy, everyone had their own private bathroom, we had everything we needed to cook meals. Best stocked house ever! I couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. We had an amazing trip!

This house is absolutely stunning. The decor is beautiful, it is very clean and a wonderful location. They have stocked the house with EVERYTHING you need for your stay. There was lots of wildlife in the canal and made great for fishing right in the back yard! Communication was great and look forward to visiting again! **my only suggestion would be to add better lighting in the bathrooms for the ladies. Putting makeup on was a little difficult to see

We staying in the Keys a fair amount and love key colony community, as it’s convenient to everything and we can bring our boat. Most of the properties are nice however this property is truly spectacular. It’s very hip, well decorated and the owners thought to offer every possible amenity including bike and paddle boards. We were blown away. The management company made booking and checkin very easy and quick. Their communication and accessibility were well above par. This will be our first choice in the Keys every time we come down in the future

Beautiful vacation rental in Key Colony Beach

Property looks brand new, tastefully decorated, well appointed, spotless. Large master suite upstairs, comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, dining table seats 10. Nice little pool, plenty of outdoor seating. Lots of games, plus blow up paddle boards, life jackets, kayak, bikes, helmets. Great dock area with plenty of space for 24 foot boat. We parked our trailer at city lot, which was no problem. Would not recommend bringing trailer to the house because it's difficult to turn around. No cul de sac at end of street. Note that the main living area with kitchen and dining table is upstairs. This was challenging with small children and guest with broken ankle.

Could not be better!

Simply could not be a better. This property is everything that is pictured, and more. The kitchen is more than adequately stocked with items needed to cook any meal you want, garage is stocked full of everything you could need for ALL the fun! We really enjoyed riding the bikes to a local coffee shop. The pool is the perfect size to enjoy, especially with kids, or to just cool off and the whole back yard is INCREDIBLE. We spent 90% of our time back there. LOVE the turf to keep things clean! We are big boat people, so we rented a boat during our stay (because we live 17 hours away LOL) and the convenience of the canal to everywhere we wanted to go was prime. The docking situation was also great. SO easy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and comfortable. Loved having the huge closets to store our clothes and suitcases out of sight! If you are on the fence about booking, do it, you will NOT be sorry! We already can't wait to come back!
