We loved the backyard, it was wonderful. The landscaping was so pretty. The pool was great. We spent most of our time outside. We love Key Colony.

Perfect

This house is in a perfect location at Key Colony Beach. The backyard is an oasis with the perfect amount of sun and shade. The waterfall feature in the pool is so relaxing. The privacy with the beautiful landscaping is fabulous-definitely one of the nicest we saw as we paddled the kayaks down the canals. The house is lovely inside too.

Beautiful place

Beautiful place to stay! The pool, cabana, grill, beds, sitting area was great. The only downfall was no ice maker in the refrigerator. I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely vacation there again.

The screened porch, tiki hut, heated pool & bar area was where we spent most of our time!!

The house was very clean, the furniture in great condition, the kitchen well stocked but perhaps a bit more silverware would be nice. All the towels were white and seemed new. Plenty of swim towels on site too.

Tropical Paradise. The 2/2 had everything you needed for a perfect stay. Nicely decorated, very spacious inside and clean. The outside was a tropical paradise with privacy. Enjoy yourself in the pool, under the tiki hutt, bar and grill and dock for the boat. Don’t miss out on his place, it is the perfect Key Colony Beach getaway. Ellen 9/14/24

This property was PERFECT for my husband, myself and our adult son. It was very clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The pool and the kayaks were so much fun and the screen porch was perfect for reading and playing the “train” board game on lazy afternoons. We’re already talking about returning!

What a lovely home. Fully equipped and fully furnished. Morning coffee in the tiki out back, relaxing in the pool in the afternoon and cocktails in the evening back in the tiki while the BBQ is cooking the fresh fish caught that day..... Amazing home and location

Patti’s home is beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable. We went out fishing almost every day and enjoyed the catch of the day by the pool. Every evening we walked our dog to sunset park and watched the spectacular sunset. The last day we enjoyed the pool club. It was a perfect week in paradise!!! We will definitely be back.

We will definitely be back! Loved everything about this bungalow! The kitchen was the most well equipped of ANYPLACE we have ever rented! Perfect if you are planning to cook some meals in. Beautiful home both inside and out!

Such a beautiful home! Loved the interior design and all the little extra touches throughout. The kitchen was well appointed with everything one could need. The linens and thick plush towels were very nice. Even had plenty of pool/beach towels, which we weren’t expecting. The outdoor area was where we spent much of our time. Gorgeous landscaping, the tiki was so relaxing, and of course the pool was fantastic! We’ve traveled quite a bit and this was one of the best trips we’ve taken. In fact, we already booked again for next year!

Wonderful

Southern Comfort 2 was exactly what we were looking for. It's large enough that you have space to get away and listen to music or read a book. A bonus for us was the 2 kayaks and 2 bicycles. And the pool! We have a15 month old grandchild that learned to swim while visiting us. It was the perfect vacation with a walk or bike ride or kayak trip each morning. At night walk to Sunset Park and catch the stars. One of my favorites. 💗 Patti is a great host. Greeted us and showed us where everything was located. The first morning the coffee maker was broken and within a day we had a new one delivered. We will definitely be back if we can find an opening in this popular property.

Paradise!!

I wish I could give this property more than five stars because it is deserving! This unit has everything you could want and more! Well appointed, well decorated, beautiful pool, tiki hut, outside bar and grill!! It is located in the desirable area of Key Colony. It is on a canal with boat dockage. We had a fabulous time here enjoying all of the amenities! Our granddaughter loved the swimming pool! There are also two single kayaks which we used several times! We saw manatees in the canal twice! The owner has done a lovely job with lush landscaping which provides privacy. We had dinner at the table in the screened in porch which seats 6. If you are considering this property, book it! It books up well in advance. We tried to rebook it again for next year but it is already taken. We hope to return here again in the future! Highly recommend!

Loved this property!

This is the perfect rental in the Keys! The inside is large and roomy, with plenty of space to spread out. The outdoor area is just lovely- lots of shade and beautiful trees and tropical plants. Would for sure book again!

The house was exactly as shown in photos exceot for a broken pool and dock light. The owner was contacted about that. The pool amd outdoor area were clean as well as the indoor area. We had a pretty peaceful stay except for one or two groups across the canal that were loud late into the evening, but that is something that the owner can't control. We just went inside. The appliances are up-to-date and trash and pool were taken care of in a timely manner during our stay. We had an issue with the shower and it was fixed immediately. We would stay here again. Great location to get anywhere in the keys within an hour or so.
