“The saying, "you get what you pay for" definitely applies to this property. Pictures were deceiving because: 1. the living room chairs were dirty, 2. master bedroom carpet was stained, 3. master bedroom ceiling fan made a lot of noise if it weren't on the lowest setting, 4. kitchen sink facet was not adhered properly to sink, and 5. we had not checked out of the place and the maintain man opened the door and came in when my daughter was there!!! Would not recommend this place at all?”

“Interacting before and during stay was great. Got picked up in a nice Mercedes Van and delivered to property a quick 3 minutes from airport. Condo was roomy, clean and perfect for the 2 couples. Pool area was a great way to cool down after a hot humid day of running around. Public beach is about a 5 minute walk away as well. Any needs/questions were quickly answered and taken care of. Shuttle was always available and on time.”

“This was a very nice property and well equipped. We were there for three nights four days and spent all our time walking to and from all the places / things we wanted to do. The patio terrace was great and sitting out there in the afternoons and late at night watching the people walk by was interesting. Would highly recommend this property and when we return to the keys, this will definitely be on our list of places to stay.”

“Overall we had a positive experience, but there were some hiccups. There was an error with charging our card initially - not a huge issue, but I expect the charges that are incurred to match what VRBO says will be charged - even if off by just 0.01. The hosts did respond and let me know that the error was with their system processor, but in hindsight it as a bit telling. The unit is difficult to find as the numbers on the exterior of the building are not the same as the unit number for this……

“They did not have a room for me when i arrived. Said there was nothing they could do. I was left stranded and ended up paying twice the price for a worst room which was all I could find.”

“Reserved on VRBO, then the property changed hands. We received notice from VRBO that the "book with confidence guarantee" was no longer in effect, but our reservation was still intact. Strangely, we didn't get a refund for any of VRBO'S fees after the property changed hands. Turns out the property was okay, but I have NEVER stayed in a rental so poorly equipped. There were exactly 4 towels for four people and no extra sheets. There was NOTHING in the way of salt, pepper, spices, or any other……

“I would definitely recommend this home as it was clean, central to a lot of things, and the host was very accommodating/ understanding. It was close to everything and had everything you would need in (besides seasoning for cooking) a home. It was perfect for my birthday trip!”
