「Good location. Staff amazing. Our bedroom was clean but walls need redecorating. Bed extremely comfortable. VERY noisy until 12pm (next to The Button Factory Pub).」

「Lovely well appointed rooms, very clean and the bed was very comfortable! Shower head didn’t look like it would give a great shower but actually was quite powerful. The breakfast buffet was perfect- lots of choice all excellent quality and now im going to have to buy a waffle maker for home! Would definitely stay again, perfect location for the arena which was why we were In birmingham. Highly recommend」

「Maybe we stay at the hotel on Sat, it was very noise downstair until midnight, becasue there is a amusement opposite to the hotel. the car parking is very limit, not easy to get the parking in the hotel. The room is not very clean. The receptionest will not let you feel welcome. 」
