The place was perfect for 2 people. The kitchen was well stocked with small appliances and cutterie, we brought more than needed! The deck was great to relax on, nice neighborhood.

The unit was a good size for us. Our main complaint is the roosters next door. Too noisy. Unfortunately we were there during the coldest weather in 12 years. A couple nights we really could have used a space heater. The washer/dryer was great, after we cleaned the previous pet hair out of it. Walking distance to several great bar/restaurants which we loved.

We stayed for 5 weeks. Had a great time. Used the state park a lot.

The chickens bothered us very much and the couch was very uncomfortable but overall we had a real good experience. Nice neighborhood. Beautiful weather the whole time we were there. The place was very clean. We used the state park almost every day. It was only a mile away. We left a week early because my wife got homesick. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
