Key Largo condo, relax in this calm, stylish space. Spacious, fully renovated waterfront 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo with three queen beds, sleeps 6. Feel at home with the superb layout, central AC, full kitchen with stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, one clean set of pans, utensils, plates, cups and linens. Private large balcony terrace accessible from living room and bedroom, water cove views, wireless internet, living room TV, washer and dryer in the unit, two assigned parking spaces.

Embrace the great outdoors with the provided outdoor furniture, perfect for al fresco dining or simply taking in the stunning surroundings. With free Wi-Fi and ample parking, you'll have everything you need for an unforgettable vacation in the heart of Key Largo.

Retire to the comfortable bedrooms, where you'll find 2 bathrooms stocked with towels, basic soaps, and a hair dryer. Enjoy the convenience of an iron and board, as well as the comfort of air conditioning and fresh linens. Families will appreciate the travel crib, ensuring a restful stay for all.

Near many attractions, Charter boats within walking distance, Jacobs Aquatic Center, John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, Dolphins Plus Inc (1 block), The Aquatic Center, Pilot House ( 3 blocks), Key Largo Community Park (6 blocks), Christ Of The Abyss, Snook’s Bayside Restaurant (6 blocks), Skippers Dockside Restaurant (5 blocks). Scuba Diving Center (10 blocks), Key Largo Fisheries Back Yard Café (1 block), Bait and Tackle shop. See map pictures for approximate locations of nearby POIs, bicycle and kayak rentals. 8-minute drive from the breathtaking John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and the vibrant Caribbean Club Bar.

Boat slip and trailer parking available in the back lot with the rental of the unit. You must request the reservation of the slip/parking in order to use it. IMPORTANT: There is no ramp, so your vessel must be launched at a public or private marina and navigated to the slip. John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is the closest. Ocean access is limited by a low bridge with 7’ of clearance at up to 1’ to low tide. Boats with no top or collapsible tops should have no issue.

Good location to explore Key Largo

We stayed 2 nights at the end of April. The unit was clean, linens were good and beds comfortable. It is off the main highway and had easy parking. It sits at the end of a canal so the view is nice and we saw a wonderful sunset sitting on the balcony. Washer and dryer is a plus but no detergent available. Also, there is no dishwasher and there are a handful of items that need repair.

Clean place to sleep, location not prime

The apartment is a 3rd floor unit with others living there full-time. Although it was clean, and it did have a view of the bay, it was not luxury or vacation like to us. If you have plans and you're just using it as a place to sleep, it was fine. We were looking for a luxury vacation. We ended up moving to another location that would fulfill our vacation needs. The Furnishings were very budget, uncomfortable to relax on. The dining room chairs need to be tightened up or replaced. The beds were comfortable!

Stairs

The place was great. But we did not realize there were 3 flights of stairs. I had knee surgery and it was difficult for all of us hauling our stuff up the stairs. I think people should be aware of this before they rent. Also liquid soap in bathrooms would be nice. Great location

Check in process was easy, communication was great, and the location was superb! Central to everything we needed to do while attending a wedding in Key Largo. Walking distance to coffee and great food. Unit was spotless, newly renovated, and in amazing condition. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Condo was a great place to explore the National Parks and the Keys. The condo was comfortable and clean. There were a few things that could use refreshing and minor repairs but it did not in any way impact our stay and we had a wonderful time.

Key Largo Stay

Very nice property beside the water with beautiful sunset views. Had a balcony to sit and enjoy the view. There was an Osprey nest close by and we watched the Osprey catch fish to bring back to its nest. The condo was clean and had plenty of room for four people. Decor was very simple. Sofa and chairs may need some updating to be more comfortable if spending any length of time watching TV. It was great walking distance to a couple of restaurants and a little seafood market. There were plenty of restaurants within driving distance. Camp John Pennekamp was close enough we rode our bikes to it. The condo is on the top floor with no elevator but we had no issues climbing the outdoor stairs. We enjoyed our few days stay.

Absolute gem in key largo

My family and I stayed her for 3 nights. The entire grounds was well taken care of, our unit was fabulous. The beds were super comfortable. It had everything we needed for our short trip. The views are amazing, its very quiet and relaxing in the canal. I was suprised how quiet and laid back it was. This unit is located off hwy 1 in the middle of town, so great access to any where in key largo. WE EVEN SAW A MANATEE IN THE CANAL.

Comfortable stay

We had a lovely time at the condo. This is a comfortable, no frills condo on the third level of a quadraplex home. It wasn’t a challenge for us to navigate the stairs, but good to know if you have an impairment or struggle with stairs. We didn’t cook during our stay, but there was an oven, range and microwave. No dishwasher, which was fine for us because we did not often eat in. The air conditioning worked well and we were very comfortable. There were tables and chairs down under the house in the shade for outdoor entertainment. Plenty of parking. We were there to dive with Sea Dwellers and it was perfectly located for this activity. We absolutely would stay there again!
