"Room was clean and comfortable, bed was comfy and had zero issues. Also loved that our room walked right out onto the pool and hot tub area! Location was amazing for being able to walk to nearby places. Would stay here again! "
"Room spotless. Staff very nice. I asked if they had an extra chair they could add to my room. Wasn't counting on getting it. The next time I went in my room there was the extra chair! Just lovely!"
"The Duvall house was the icing on the cake for our stay in Key West. The staff was friendly (especially the gentleman that we spoke with for awhile), the grounds were so beautiful. Nice and clean, very comfortable beds, showers had great water pressure and hot water.
We were surprised to be given an upgrade from a nice room in the rear to a suite that overlooked the Main Street with a balcony. Thank you so very much for that!
The house is located in the central of downtown. Walking everywhere was a breeze. The town gets quiet about 10pm. We didn’t have a noise issue at all. The rear of the grounds offers a good size swimming pool and small gym.
You can even bbq if you wanted.
Perfect place for couples or ladies getaway. "
CORTEZ ~ Adults Only, King Room w/Pool View at Azul Mansion!
10/10 Excellent
"My husband and I stayed in the Cortez for three nights, and it was super clean and cozy. There wasn’t a lot of extra space, but it was perfect for sleeping and relaxing since we spent most of our time sightseeing.
The common home was adorable. We didn’t end up using it, but it would be great for a larger group.
We’re giving the pool four stars—it was heated, which was nice, but it didn’t get much sun for lounging.
All in all, it was a great stay!"

"Quaint and quiet, clean and lovely place. Would recommend a key code lock for guests only on front door and gates for security but we had no issues. Pool heated, amenities provided as described. "
