Our host Alena was communicative, welcoming, and made sure I had all the information I needed ahead of time. Plus there were delicious treats in the room! Also this is a great little spot with the patio.

Property was as advertised and lovely. Great pool and apartment-A/C kept it cool and we had a private patio in suite 6!.Location was a very nice walkable neighborhood but close to Duval for the party.
