Great location and backyard

This property was located right outside Duval street which was great. Backyard with the pool was an excellent hangout spot for us. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re coming to Key West.

This house is a cute 3 bedroom house with a very nice pool and yard. So close to Duval, you can walk just about anywhere.

Small cottage with nice back patio and small pool, excellently located.

The property had a nice back patio with a small pool; this along with the location next to Duval Street are its main attractions. Hannah (the manager) was helpful and we're grateful she was able to offer us some flexibility in terms of check in and out times.

Great Location

Loved the communication, the location and the general stay. The King bed should be replaced, it’s challenging to sleep on. The outdoor area is great but the furniture is tired-New cushions and a rug you don’t trip over would make a huge difference as well as a TV stand that doesn’t look like the cats got to it. We loved the TV on the porch to watch the superbowl!

loved the property. couple notes. dryer is broken and we called friday morning to inform brightwilde. said they would send someone out. never did. Also, property doesn;t have any becah/loungechairs for the pool area. Suggest this would be a welcomed addition. However, we bought 4 chairs, used them, and left them there for future guests to use. wanted you know those were from us and left there intentionally. otherwise, property was fantastic, clean, everything worked, really nice stay. thanks so much. sean quinn

Four of us stayed for one night. It was great! The location was a short walk from the Hemingway home, near restaurants and shops. It was close to Duval, but quiet. Comfortable beds, cute backyard. Perfect!

the property was in a great location. Easy walk to Duvall st. The pool was a big hit especially in the evenings after a long day of activities. The house had everything we needed.The outdoor furniture was a bit tired but did not take away from our visit. We would definitely return.

Great little house for a weekend get away!

we arrived a little early, and were able to check in , and drop our bags. Headed straight to the Green Parrot, and pretty much stayed there. The house is cozy, and the host are welcoming and helpful. (the dryer is broken, but other than that, it was perfect)

Needs some work

Best thing about this property is the location, nice proximity to Duval. Back yard is cute, pool is very small, more the size of a hot tub. The house really needs a deep clean, it was very dirty. Owner should contact cleaning service as it does not appear that the house has been vacuumed or mop for some time. The kitchen is not equipped to cook much. Not decorated well. The place could really use a refresh.

No lights in backyard worked around pool area or on patio. There were 3 patio fans but they were also not working. In addition there were a couple of rats that continued to run around the backyard which added to my lack of use of the pool and patio area after dark.

Private Pool Retreat

The location was great - walking distance to Duval and many restaurants. Easy pick up location for ride share services as well. Chose the location as this was just a long weekend getaway and wanted the private pool for a quiet day during the trip. The pool/backyard was secluded and lovely. The only concern with the property is no on-site parking. We parked at a lot that was one block over and allowed overnight parking where we could easily check on the vehicle. When checking in, there is no place to park to unload so we had to park and then carry luggage to the property. The property managers were very responsive during the stay - checking in for any needs and also for issue resolution. Definitely a top notch group of property managers!

Home was in a very good location but the home was very dirty. The first day of check in the outdoor couch was soaking wet, later to find out the cushioned had been bleached and it ruined all our shorts or pants we we wore. Privacy and safety was very bad. We had people open our “private pool” gate multiple times while we stayed here. The shower door glass hits each other when you open it. One of the other rooms had parked their car in the gated area making it hard for us to get through or get trash to the bin. Location is perfect but we wish the home was cared for some more to in people to feel comfortable and safe
