THE PROPERTY: Flamingo Cottage is one of several cottages nestled down a gated
walkway.

Upon entering this two bedroom/one bathroom home, you will discover
the living room adorned with coveted Dade County pine walls, a vaulted ceiling,
French doors, and natural light, all giving the space a sense of openness. A
sectional sofa, small glass table with guest chairs, hardwood floors and ceiling fan
provide a comfortable space for relaxing after a day spent exploring the island. A
kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, sink, countertop, regular drip coffee maker,
and beverage refrigerator. Off this area is a first-floor bedroom, complete with two nightstands,
lamps and French doors which lead to that Florida sunshine! Just outside this bedroom is an updated
bathroom with tiled walk-in shower and single sink vanity, as well as a small closet. Please note this home
has no washer/dryer at this time.

The unique second-floor loft overlooks the living room and provides additional sleeping space. This fun
area has a window and a bed under the eaves that is flanked by two nightstands
with lamps. Cozy up to an enjoyable book on the reading chair under the skylight.

BED CONFIGURATION: One queen bed is located on the first floor and one queen
bed is located on the open second floor loft.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: A large, shared pool is available for Flamingo Cottage guests; it is
located at the back of the complex and is surrounded by swaying palms and tropical
landscaping. Loungers are in place for your use.

PARKING: No designated parking. Limited on-street parking may be available in the
neighborhood.

LOCATION: Historic Old Town, walkable to Duval Street, shops, bars, and restaurants.
Enjoy entertainment and a sunset celebration on nearby Mallory Square.

PETS: This home is NOT pet-friendly. (If you have pets, please browse through our
many homes that are pet friendly).

SMOKING: This is a STRICT NON SMOKING HOME AND COMPLEX.
