讚好：整潔度
Great location but not a great value........
We loved the location of this condo in the Truman Annex with Duval St, Hemmingway House, Mallory Square, Fort Zachary State Park (beach) and much more all within a short walk.
The condo was small but suited our family of four, had good A/C (needed in July), a kitchen to make some meals and two good balconies on either side of the property. It also kept us safe and dry when Tropical Storm Elsa blew through. We loved the farmers market which is out by the coast guard ship museum (Thursdays) which was also a great place to watch the sunsets.
For the money we paid it was overpriced. One bathroom between four of us was an inconvenience, the WiFi was very spotty and often went out.
The check in process was not great. Taxi dropped us off at the realty office, we picked up our key and then trudged with luggage 3/4 mile with a confusing map in sapping heat and humidity. We ended up getting a better second map from the guard and eventually found it.
The key to the front door is very temperamental, (you have to wiggle key and the handle a certain way to get it to open).
We reported WiFi twice to the management company.
Overall a good condo but over priced.
