We loved our stay at this Keywest property. It’s a perfect spot for a celebration getaway. There is Willy T’s next door with live music so you have entertainment on your patio with amazing music. The property is large enough with the two pools and 6 rooms to host a large group. You can walk everywhere as it’s in the center of all the shops and restaurants. Would definitely love to stay again. Thank you!

This was the perfect location on Duval Street - right near all of the bars/restaurants, easy walk to Mallory Square for the sunsets. Great setup with 2 houses on one property, everyone had plenty of space

We rented both the penthouse and guesthouse for our large group. The location was perfect for walking everywhere we wanted to go. Both houses were clean, well stocked, with super comfortable beds and pillows! The owner was easy to reach and work with.

This property is ideal for a large group with plenty of space to spread out and also to gather. Perfectly located within walking distance of everything. Both units are very well appointed, extremely clean, and very comfortable. This is our second time renting this property, and we hope to do it again! We were better acclimated this time and enjoyed our stay that much more. So convenient and easy, and the property manager is super friendly and responsive.

The Duval Compound is an amazing property! We traveled with 12 friends for my 50th birthday. The location was perfect, it was immaculate, spacious, great outside spaces, easy check in, and easy to communicate with the owner. I would recommend it to anyone!

Really good property for our needs. A room for every adult child and their partner. Great group hangout spaces. Really enjoyed the pools. Great location, central to everything, including a grocery store. Very loud in the two rooms facing Duval street.

We rented the Penthouse and Bahama house together for our wedding with our family and it was perfect. The kitchen in the Bahama house was perfect for making group meals and the 2nd floor bedroom in the Penthouse was perfect as a primary suite for us. Great location - you can walk to almost anywhere including Mallory Square for the sunset every night. Highly recommend!!

We had an amazing time in Key West. This property is immaculate, beautiful and well-appointed. It is set up beautifully to provide private space for multiple couples and lots of gathering space for your whole group to enjoy together. The property manager is amazing, timely in responding to questions and full of helpful tips and recommendations for the island. The location cannot be beat; we walked everywhere and loved having the best of Key West right out our front door.

We had both properties and it was wonderful to have so many places to gather. The younger set loved being able to go out on the roof on the Duval side and spent lots of evenings up there. Everyone loved the pools and Thomas made sure everything was kept neat and clean for us. It is a wonderful location with so many shops and restaurants in walking distance. The photographs are spot on. Definitely recommend for a family vacation. One caveat, there are lots of stairs but it never hindered any of us.

Group of friends and I came down for the beginning of fantasy fest. The location was perfect. Walking distance from everything. The house was beautiful and perfect size for all of us. Any problem, the owner came to the house asap. There's a little grocery store at the end of the street which was super helpful. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to have a great time in key west!
