Best bachelorette location!

We had a group of 14 for a bachelorette weekend and this property surpassed our expectations! Every single bed was super comfortable, the property was pristine, and the complimentary pastries from the local French bakery were a serious plus and so appreciated. The pool was lovely and heated. Hopefully will have a repeat trip again soon!

Papa’s work trip

Papa’s Hideaway

Great place for a large family. We had 5 different family groups and it was great. Everyone had their own privacy and all got together in the main house. Close to everything. Would highly recommend this property if you can use all 5 spaces.

Senior graduation trip

We had 8 adults and 8 teenage boys. The set up of Papa’s Hideaway was perfect for us. The boys stayed in the main house and the 4 adult couples all had our own cottage. The pool was great and so much fun. Having the grill to cook our fresh caught mahi was a plus! The houses were clean and VACASA provided excellent service. Highly recommend this place.

Bday Bonanza

The online pictures do not do this property justice. The property is gorgeous. We had 16 travelers from all over and it was perfect. It is close to activities, restaurants, bars. The southern most point is literally a stones throw away. Duval street is a couple blocks out. You can walk it or take a short Uber ride to the heart of it. We had an amazing time, mad life long memories and will be coming back again!

Perfect Place for a Large Group

This property was incredible! Absolutely beautiful, in a great location with a well maintained pool. We had a very large group of people and it accommodated everybody very comfortably. I would gladly stay here again!

Great house for a large group trip in the Keys

Amazing property which is a great space for large gatherings. We enjoyed having a group of 16 of us get together. Walking to distance to all the top Key West spots and tucked away enough where it feels like a private oasis. Definitely recommend for future trips.

Fabulous secluded house!

We were a group of 15 who rented the whole property for an extended weekend trip. It was a perfect place to gather, while still allowing everyone their own space, and to enjoy the outdoor areas. We loved it! A bit of a walk from the major downtown nightlife/happy hours but otherwise perfectly located and had everything you needed. We donated a few new kitchen items like a pitcher and pyrex glassware which we found we needed throughout but couldn't fit on our flights home.

Bachelor party success

We rented all 5 units and 15 of us slept comfortably. Not a lot of indoor common area space. If you’re willing to double up in the beds you could fit many more people. All the main beds were very comfortable. Some of the sleeper sofa beds were less comfy than others. Fridge freezer in every room worked well as did all the ac units. Wi-Fi was strong enough to stream outside by pool. Would stay here again with a big enough group

Perfect for groups

Ten friends went to warmer weather to de-stress from Christmas. The layout was perfect and situated on a dead end street. The pool in the courtyard was an extra bonus. The courtyard was lit up at night, providing the most reaxing vibe. We will be booking it again in the future. Thanks Vacasa!

Awesome property

My group loved papas hideaway. There are so many sections of the house to hang out. The ambiance is beautiful day and night and can comfortably sleep so many people. Definitely recommend!

Great house

Great house and a lot of room throughout the property. Really appreciated the help from the property mgmt company making the stay easy and fun. Would recommend this to any large party. Only problem is people are constantly walking in out of the property to fix things without any communication

Great location! Great accommodations!

I visited Papa’s with girlfriends and it was the perfect island gem! The main cottage was great for morning coffees on the back deck and the shaded pool was great for afternoon beverages and a cool swim after a hot day. The apartments were high quality and equipped with everything you need for a restful vacation! Highly recommend!!

Great Group Stay

We booked the entire compound of Papa’s Hideaway for out group of 12. The place is very nice and clean. The pool was a huge plus when just wanted to hangout with each other. The location is just off of Duval, which is great.

Papa's Hideaway: A Great Place to Stay

We booked the entire Papa's Hideaway complex for a four-day family holiday. Yes, there were some minor issues with this location such as late notification that the swimming pool was off limits, one of the refrigerators would freeze food rather than merely keep it cold and a couple of the TVs did not work. The staff was very accommodating to our concerns and willing worked with us to make this a memorable stay for the entire family. The location was excellent, staff helpful and cooperative and facilities good (not great... because some ongoing repairs are needed). Overall, our family enjoyed our stay at Papa's Hideaway and recommend this facility for those planning a visit to Key West!
