Great house for a large group trip on Key West!

We had a great stay at Seaside Place- it was spacious and roomy, with plenty of beds and bathrooms, and lots of nice kitchen appliances, high quality pots and pans, etc. The pool and outside area was excellent as well. The house itself has a lot of history, and it's located in a great location close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions.

We loved the Seaside Place. We had a group of 6 adults and 5 teenagers. The home was well equipped and had everything we needed. We loved the porch in the early morning and evening. The pool was an added bonus especially after spending our day in the hot sun. This was one of our best vacations. Location was excellent too!

New Years Getaway

We spend quite a bit of time in the Keys and brought a group of 11 ages 15-51 this time for a week. House was perfect, loved the double washer and dryer, plus the beautiful outdoor area and pool. A great location, though I recommend renting a golf cart for a week as well. We got coffee at Ana’s each morning and ending many nights at the Tipsy Rooster (both essentially next door. Highly recommend.

Extended family vacation

The property was perfect for our family of 10 visiting. The room layout accommodated adults and children and we appreciated the multiple living/dining spaces. The pool was a hit. We only wish the weather would have cooperated better that week. Easy walking distance to Duvall, the beach, grocery and dining. We rented an EV golf cart and the home accommodated the charging of it. Along with the rental company being 2 doors away.

I’d give it 6 stars if I could

There’s so much to love about this property. It’s clean, apparently well-managed and maintained. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are nice. We all loved the pool, and made use of the sound system. Big outside dining table under shade, we had morning coffee and afternoon drinks here every day. The location is far enough from the loud bars that you can actually sleep. You’ll want transportation (we used golf carts) to explore more. Comes with helpful concierge (Abbey) that will help plan and take care of all your reservations. 5 Stars all around.

Great location, really cool home, amenities were awesome

This house is pretty cool, the location is phenomenal for Key west, a block off the Southern most point and the South side of Duval. The house had solid internet and A/C and a beautiful pool in the back with plenty of seating and pool toys etc. No shortage of dishes or outlets to plug your devices in, overall well outfitted. Only minor gripes the pool was too warm most days as water didn’t seem to be flowing a mid week repair seemed to mediate this issue. The floors were pretty dirty, it seems the cleaning people may be slacking in this area. The seating in the house, “hand built” was pretty uncomfortable so made larger gatherings in the TV area not so great. We had a guy show up thirty minutes before the published check out at 11 trying to get us off the property, I showed him the documentation and asked him to leave. Overall good, I would probably rent again if coming down again with a big group.
