Perfect getaway for a group of friends to relax

Beautiful house, very private and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Such a wonderful kitchen inside and another outside, open spaces for dining and the pool area was peaceful and wonderful. We had plenty of space and never felt crowded. Lots of doors to open for the night air. Walking distance to everything, too. Easy to get in and out of. All in all a perfect getaway oasis!

Our Family Vacation

Beautiful property. A little farther away from Duval but nice and quiet neighborhood. The cottage only had a queen bed and not a king as listed in the listing. Would definitely recommend this property.

Perfection in Key West

Our party - two solo adults, two adult couples, three kids: 4, 5, 6This house was just perfect. Two washer dryers. Great kitchen. Comfy beds (although only one king unless you count two fulls pushed together). Amazing pool/outdoor bar area. Good WiFi. Good AC. En suite bathrooms. Amazing location - quiet but downtown still very walkable. Parking (important in Key West!). Ice makers inside and by the pool - which is clutch. Victor from Last Key made everything easy on top of it… just amazing service. We will definitely be back!

Best place for groups

The house is an old plantation Key West home. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Everything was top notch. We had issues with the lights because the electrical is very old but it didn’t deter us from having a great time. Apparently owner is going to upgrade electrical in near future. Inky a mile to Duval Street! Loved it!

Beautiful and Tranquil

This is an amazing home with a tranquil yard that is just perfect to hang out in the sun, swim in the pool and BBQ. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which makes your stay even more accommodating. The home has every amenity you can think of including several ice machines for drinks. Plenty of hot water, AC and comfortable living space. The property manager is very responsive and helpful with suggestions to do in the area. I HIGHLY recommend ( just don’t go the same week that I want to rebook LOL)

New Years 2024

We stayed with two families that included 7 kids/teens ages 10-16. It was perfect! We had a ball using the outdoor kitchen and walked and rode bikes everywhere. Double laundry units were so helpful, and the fully stocked kitchen and grill area great. Management and concierge also super helpful. Thank you for the great stay!

Perfect house for our group

We were a group of 3 couples and 4 children. The house accommodated us perfectly. The layout gave everyone private space with great indoor and outdoor areas to gather. The kitchen layout was a little odd, but all appliances and kitchen utensils were in good order. The house is located slightly away from the busy tourist area which we appreciated. A small grocery store was within golf cart distance. Everything was bike-able or walkable. The pool and pool area were very nice. The BBQ was good. We lucked out with the weather and we’re able to leave the French doors which surrounded every room open the entire time. The property is surrounded by a wall and lush plants that give it complete privacy behind a gate that locks. We can highly recommend this property.

Escape to a Tropical Secret Garden

Our family of 12, from 12 year old twins to grandparents, LOVED this property. The home was spacious, and the garden, porches and pool gave everyone space to enjoy together--and in quiet moments on their own. The indoor and outdoor kitchens were very well equipped. Stone crabs were in season--and we enjoyed cooking in and eating on the patio under the fairy lights. Everything Key West has to offer is so close, by bicycles or Uber; it was fun to go out after dinner for drinks and live music, or stay in for movie night by the pool. We highly recommend seeing River and Tiger at La Te Da! The grandkids loved that Higgs Beach and the DQ were in walking distance. The highlight was a Seaplane adventure to Dry Tortugas National Park for a day trip. The house and bedrooms were clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and quiet--until the roosters crow of course! 2 sets of washers and dryers were welcome by our large family. The property manager, Victor, was outstanding! He welcomed us to the home and answered questions during the week. Thank you for the delicious Key Lime Pie. Plantation Tropicale was truly a magical get away in the tropics.

Thanksgiving at Tropical Plantation

Our group of seven adults stayed at this property for the week of Thanksgiving. While the property itself is beautiful and private, our stay could have been much more enjoyable. Pros: The home itself is large enough to accommodate a big group, and very clean on the inside. One of the bedrooms you do have to go through to enter another bedroom, so that was a bit odd. The house was stocked with all the necessities to enjoy our time there. We even cooked at the house a few times and found everything we needed. The property is very private and quiet. Cons: Interrupted multiple times for maintenance. We stayed Monday - Saturday and unfortunately the pool didn’t get cleaned until Friday. They also came to clean up the landscaping while we were out by the pool one day. AC repair and appraisal also took place during our stay. If you enjoy sleeping in a cooler room, you will be disappointed to know the thermostat in master bedroom does not go below 70 degrees. The exterior could use lots of TLC. The landscaping lighting does not work. There are areas of the decking that need to be replaced, a hazard if you have small children. The exterior of the house itself needs to be cleaned. Bugs were a bit of an issue, as to be expected.

75th Birthday Party

We traveled from Michigan celebrating my mother’s 75th birthday. I don’t know much about the company last key rentals. The concierge, Victor and awesome person and awesome man very knowledgeable. Very pleasant made me and my family feel right at home. To last key Victor went above and beyond to answer any questions and to make everyone feel as comfortable and was very supportive and knowledgeable of the community and surrounding areas. To the owner you have amazing property.
