Great location with private pool and everything you need!

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights but another couple would also be very comfortable given the second ensuite bedroom. We walked to everything and were very impressed that we didn't even have to go to the grocery store. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice location easy to get around the area used the loop and walked. Condo was great and the pool excellent. My husband wants to come back maybe next year enjoyed our stay very comfortable.

Super happy with our decision to stay here. Good local, a great little pool. Walkable to everything. They provided beach towels and sun screen which was super awesome! Less we had to bring down with us!

The house was very clean and nicely furnished. The pool was lovely with gorgeous landscaping making it very private. The location was very convenient. Avant- was very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this home!

My toddler absolutely loved the pool and it was the perfect size for our family. The location could not be better…close to the beach and Duval but feels secluded. Everything you would need in the kitchen, and Avant provided a nice welcome gift.

Great location for relaxation

Location was very good, less than a mile to anything we wanted to get to, so we essentially walked everywhere. House was clean and well stocked, we brought a few things that were here (laundry detergent, coffee filters, wine opener). Only minor complaint was that WiFi was fairly inconsistent and dropped us off a lot, not a huge deal since we weren’t here to work but was a minor annoyance. Overall a great property and perfect for 2-4 people.

Such a gem!

We really loved this house and would book it again. We vacationed in November and I do wish we had requested to heat the pool (but I forgot) so we never swam, but pool/backyard ambiance was beautiful. We walked everywhere. Great location, just a few blocks away from the action. House had everything we needed - glassware, ice maker, full kitchen. Very responsive team at Avant Stay as well. I appreciated their check-ins.

Overall it was great. I would stay there again. My only observation is that the property needs some minor upgrades. For example, the main bedroom door doesn’t close well and some of the blinds are quite dated and in need of repair. These are minor things and didn’t impact my stay, just observations regarding certain things.Location was great, pool was great and I would stay again.
