Property was exactly as described. Good Quiet neighborhood. Road access is a bit tight, but its key west, everyhting is tight. we drove a minivan in and it was fine, anything larger would be real tight getting in and out of the garages, but doable.

Bachelorette girls trip

Wonderful place. We rented 7 bikes and were able to store them in the garage and ride wherever we needed to go. Didn’t need to go much since the place was so great, between the pool and the spacious open kitchen and decks we were able to cook and make cocktails.

Beautiful home. Very clean. Lots of room. We had 6 adults and could have had 2 more comfortably,We have come here for 3 years in a row and will definitely be back next year!! Nice quiet and relaxing area.

Perfect Location for Family Trip

Property and Property Manager was great from booking to check out. House was clean and exactly has described. We had a little issue with water pressure and the PM sent someone over within the hour. PM left champagne and party favors for NYE. Nice Touch to an already great experience.

Beautiful VRBO! It had a wonderful pool with a great water view. The house was beautifully furnished with all necessities. There was a broken cover on one of the pool drains. We received an immediate response and it was repaired within 24 hours. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful property in a very nice area. Amazing views, large rooms and main area, nicely decorated. But it needs some updating, and the cleaning was superficial at best. Should be much cleaner considering the quite steep cleaning fee.

Amazing views

The house was easy to check in and out. The house was clean and layout was good. All the rooms had ample space and storage. The views were phenomenal especially from the 2nd floor. Pool was perfect size and is heated which was a bonus. The only downside of this house is the distance from duval street if that’s what you’re looking for.

Solid property, convenient location

This house was a good fit for 6 of us. Nice open layout, great view, and enjoyed the large deck facing the water. There is some wear and tear on the property, notably the dishwasher and some wall/ceiling spots that could use some repair. However, it was overall a solid home in a location convenient to grocery stores etc. and an easy drive to the old town area and other attractions in Key West.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Mother Ocean House stay was very enjoyable. Although Hurricane Milton decided to hit during our family vacation, we felt very safe in the house. The storm hit quite a bit north of Key West but we stayed in and watched the rain and waves from the wall of windows that had a wonderful water view. The only negative I had with the house was the lack of window blinds or frosted glass in 2 of the showers. The windows faced public areas so I felt very exposed while showering. I had to let the water run quite a long time in order to get the windows to fog up — wasting water in the meantime. The house was very comfortable for our all adult group of 6 and very close to a grocery store and several restaurants. Javier was very helpful in assisting with several questions during our stay. Definitely would recommend to friends and families!

We enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets from the large deck. Everyone enjoyed the pool, especially after a hot day of sightseeing. The pool had a broken drain cover, which was fixed within 24 hours of a call to management. The home is located within walking distance of groceries and restaurants. It is far enough away from the busy tourist area, but close enough to catch a quick ride to those areas when so desired. It was a perfect family vacation. We would stay there again.

Cleaning was very basic. Floors were dirty, windows and sliding doors were dirty, even found several full handprints on glass from previous guests. Outside hadn't been cleaned in a while, definitely had not been cleaned before we arrived. There is mold in the showers.
