Great House Near A Bay

My buddies and I stayed here during our ski trip to A basin. The house was incredible, had really nice accommodations - from kitchen supplies to plenty of towels & soap. Hot tub was fun too. We definitely recommend!

Poor. Unmaintained. Outdated. Windows did not close.Doors did not have handles. Oven did not work properly. Hot tub had to be serviced. Could use some new pillows.Would not recommend this place to anyone

Third Visit for a Group Stay

Lots of work spaces, areas to spread out, lovely outside spaces to work and great kitchen to cook and socialize in.

Beautiful Home For Big Families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this home with about 15 family members. We were welcomed to a very clean home. This house was beautiful with lots of amenities to keep the whole family entertained. The location is great and only 10 minutes to Lake Dillon and 20 minutes to Breckenridge. The management company was very responsive. I needed propane for the gas grill and they were able to get a replacement tank very quickly. The next time we plan a big family getaway in the area I would love to stay here again.

This year, I noticed there had been some updates to the property making it an even nicer stay. The layout is perfect for several families and large ones at that. You are literally only a couple of minutes from parking at the ski resort. Anytime I had a question, the property management responded promptly. I give this property a thumbs up in every category.

Great location but needs a little love

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is huge and has great proximity to Keystone. Unfortunately, upon arrival, two toilets were not working and there were no door handles on the back door for people to get back in from the hot tub. Someone was sent out to fix it within 24 hours, so our first full day we were out 2 toilets. The house has great bones and quality furniture, but could use some attention. There were many light switches that didn't work. Heat took almost a full 24 hours to really get the house warm. One window would not close and it was cold out. The sauna and steam room in the basement were not functional. And there was definitely a mouse in the house. There were traps in the basement and some of our bread bags were chewed through and eaten. The house has great finishes, enough supplies for a big group, but just needs a little love.

Great place and close to the Keystone Ski Resort

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great place for large groups of families and friends who are looking for a place close to Keystone Ski Resort. A lot of rooms and bathrooms so everyone can be comfortable. The kitchen had two sinks and two dishwashers, which was really nice. The house was clean and the property manager was very responsive to any concerns. There were some damaged furniture's such as the couches and pool table, but that didn't affect our stay here. I highly recommend this home and plan on renting it again in the future.

We also did not have wifi the entire stay, it really hindered those of us that needed to work while on our trip.

The one issue we had with the oven, was promptly addressed by the management company. The location was perfect - close to all the outdoor activities we enjoy. I would absolutely recommend this for mixed ages as well. Thank you!!

Incredible House for the whole family

The common spaces are the heart of the home, and the furnishings are high end and beautiful. Wood beamed, cathedral ceilings, make for a grand living space. The one downside of this house was that the sauna steam room was broken upon our arrival. Otherwise the kitchen was well appointed, the bedroom mattresses are a little hard to sleep on. 9/10 would recommend again! Great location !

Soda Ridge Vacation Home; summertime

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 19 guests from our family; 3 generations. There was plenty of space for everyone. The bunk room was a huge hit with the kids; ages 3 to 12. There were a few minor maintenance issues for which the management company promptly responded. Since we stayed for a week, the towel exchange was welcome. We prepared 2 meals a day for all 19 without a hitch. King beds for all our large people. Weather cooperated. Lots to do close by.

Going Down

Third time to stay here and the property is starting to go down hill. Closet doors were broken in one room, lights didn’t work in the master bathroom and a squirrel was living in the house. We had to set up cameras to find out what was getting into our food at night and were told we would have yo take care of it on our own. Just disappointed but it’s still the best accommodations and location for our group.

Decent not great stay at Keystone

House was good, not excellent for the price paid., location was amazing, size and layout was good. Very rough around the edges. Kitchen was not equipped at all, with what seemed like an assortment of utensils, pots and pans, many things broken and rusted. Coffee pot was barely functional, second pot was uncleaned Washer dryer did not work well, second set was non-functional. Fireplace was broken with a loose piece of glass just resting on mantle. House has great potential with some more TLC, but will not stay there again until fixed.

Second Visit - Staff Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second visit to this property and it feels like home. We gathered approximately 30 people here for work, then play. It is a well appointed home where people can spread out into different areas for work with ample sleeping arrangements for folks that want to stay over. Comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, and just about everything one needs in the kitchen. Great outdoor spaces in both the front and back of the home. All staff members I have brought here are taken aback by the home and all it has to offer. Great yoga space along the second floor hallway and the hot tub is always a crowd pleaser. This home is great for work trip and family gatherings with multiple sets of families. We will continue to come here so long as the place is available!

From start to finish, everything was seamless and enjoyable.The property itself was absolutely stunning - clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The views from the porch were breathtaking, and I spent many hours simply relaxing and taking in the scenery. The location was perfect too - close enough to all the action, but tucked away enough to offer a peaceful and private retreat.The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, from booking to check-out. They provided detailed instructions and recommendations, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Additionally, the amenities were top-notch - from the fully-stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds and linens.Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious weekend getaway. It was truly a memorable experience, and I can't wait to book my next stay!

Good home for family

The size of the house was great! There was plenty of space for our family. The house needs a lot of TLC. The pictures looked great but once there, there were small things that were janky or broken. The cleaners could do a better job paying attention to detail when cleaning. There was random trash throughout the house,downstairs, in the back by the hot tub and all over the garage floor. Not sure why the cleaning fee was so high when it was done half assed. The light fixtures in the kitchen were so dirty people before us wrote “dirty” and “clean me” in them. Some of the ceiling fans in the rooms were covered in dust and some pillows were missing pillow cases. One of the bathroom sinks upstairs has a crack in it and the faucet in the tub is about an inch or two off the wall. When looking at a glance, it looks fine but as you walk through the house and take a closer look, that’s where you find the flaws. It was manageable and worked for the time we were there but time needs to be taken to fix the small things. When paying $1000+ a night, the house should really be in better condition. With that there were great things about it too. We loved that each room had a bathroom. There were plenty of towels and blankets. The rooms were a great size. We also appreciated how much seating there was throughout the house. The main floor bedrooms were great for our grandparents who have a hard time going up and down stairs. It was family friendly and worked so well for our large family.

Big House - A Little Tired

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We appreciated the sizeable home and it's in a great location, but the house seemed a little beat up and tired. The shower I was using creaked every time I shifted my weight. The coffee maker was on its last legs and I emailed for assistance and received no reply. There were no hangars in the closet. The fans rotations appeared like they hadn't been switched from the winter season. Numerous windows were broken and could not be opened, etc.I also thought the check-in time was too late, especially for the summer season when they are probably less busy. Charging for an earlier check-in didn't seem Customer friendly versus the ability to flex the time if the property wasn't being used immediately.
