Great House Near A Bay

My buddies and I stayed here during our ski trip to A basin. The house was incredible, had really nice accommodations - from kitchen supplies to plenty of towels & soap. Hot tub was fun too. We definitely recommend!

Keystone 2025

The house provided generous spaces for all our needs. 19 people. A few maintenance issues. Technician “fixed” downstairs TV after we called. It never worked without being hooked up to one of our computers. Several lightbulbs need replacing in first floor bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped for the cooking we did - 3 meals a day for a large crowd.

Poor. Unmaintained. Outdated. Windows did not close.Doors did not have handles. Oven did not work properly. Hot tub had to be serviced. Could use some new pillows.Would not recommend this place to anyone

This house was beautiful with lots of amenities to keep the whole family entertained. The location is great and only 10 minutes to Lake Dillon and 20 minutes to Breckenridge. The management company was very responsive. I needed propane for the gas grill and they were able to get a replacement tank very quickly. The next time we plan a big family getaway in the area I would love to stay here again.

This year, I noticed there had been some updates to the property making it an even nicer stay. The layout is perfect for several families and large ones at that. You are literally only a couple of minutes from parking at the ski resort. Anytime I had a question, the property management responded promptly. I give this property a thumbs up in every category.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great place for large groups of families and friends who are looking for a place close to Keystone Ski Resort. A lot of rooms and bathrooms so everyone can be comfortable. The kitchen had two sinks and two dishwashers, which was really nice. The house was clean and the property manager was very responsive to any concerns. There were some damaged furniture's such as the couches and pool table, but that didn't affect our stay here. I highly recommend this home and plan on renting it again in the future.

Incredible House for the whole family

The common spaces are the heart of the home, and the furnishings are high end and beautiful. Wood beamed, cathedral ceilings, make for a grand living space. The one downside of this house was that the sauna steam room was broken upon our arrival. Otherwise the kitchen was well appointed, the bedroom mattresses are a little hard to sleep on. 9/10 would recommend again! Great location !

Soda Ridge Vacation Home; summertime

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 19 guests from our family; 3 generations. There was plenty of space for everyone. The bunk room was a huge hit with the kids; ages 3 to 12. There were a few minor maintenance issues for which the management company promptly responded. Since we stayed for a week, the towel exchange was welcome. We prepared 2 meals a day for all 19 without a hitch. King beds for all our large people. Weather cooperated. Lots to do close by.

Going Down

Third time to stay here and the property is starting to go down hill. Closet doors were broken in one room, lights didn’t work in the master bathroom and a squirrel was living in the house. We had to set up cameras to find out what was getting into our food at night and were told we would have yo take care of it on our own. Just disappointed but it’s still the best accommodations and location for our group.

Great location but needs a little love

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is huge and has great proximity to Keystone. Unfortunately, upon arrival, two toilets were not working and there were no door handles on the back door for people to get back in from the hot tub. Someone was sent out to fix it within 24 hours, so our first full day we were out 2 toilets. The house has great bones and quality furniture, but could use some attention. There were many light switches that didn't work. Heat took almost a full 24 hours to really get the house warm. One window would not close and it was cold out. The sauna and steam room in the basement were not functional. And there was definitely a mouse in the house. There were traps in the basement and some of our bread bags were chewed through and eaten. The house has great finishes, enough supplies for a big group, but just needs a little love.
