Nice stay

Having a private hot tub and a steam room after a day of spring skiing is a big plus. Kitchen is well stocked with cast iron skillet, waffle maker, drip coffee, rice cooker, oil and spices. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, and toiletry. Could use a few working humidifiers and hair dryers however. Great stay overall.

Girls week end hiking!

Great location, views and amenities. This house has everything you’d need to simply relax OR cook a 5 course meal. The house is clean, beds are super comfy and that hot tub is the perfect way to end the day. Can’t wait to go back!

78 Alders

We stayed at 78 Alders in February. It is very roomy and has been creatively, thoughtfully, and exceptionally well equipped throughout. The furnishings are all very plush and comfortable. The hot tub, which we used nightly, is incredible, right on the downstairs patio, and only two to three steps from the bedroom door. The option of taking the free nearby Keystone shuttle service to the slopes and "home" was very convenient, eliminating the hassle of driving and parking, and allowing flexibility with skiing schedules for each visitor. We had not spent much time at Keystone previously but are now looking forward to to returning to 78 Alders and Keystone, any time of the year!

Great location, beautiful and spacious home

We loved our stay, the house was beautiful and had plenty of space for 10 family members. It's in a great location that is close to several towns where you can shop and sightsee.

I’ll start by saying that this is our 2nd booking with SkyRun and won’t be our last, this property was amazing and fully stocked. The hot tub was essential. We ran into 1 small problem while we were staying at 78 alders but Eric at SkyRun took care of it immediately. Would definitely recommend!

Modern home in an upscale calm neighborhood

The first thing we noticed when we walked into this home was the instant state of calm and relaxation we had. The views are amazing and the home is updated and modern—this can be very hard to find at Keystone. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Orange free bus to River Run is two doors down, coming every twenty minutes. The kitchen is well equipped. You can watch the sunset over Buffalo Mountain from the hot tub or back deck. When coming to Keystone we would stay here again.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Alders 78! The accommodations were as stated in the description. The townhouse had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. It was clean and the furniture was all nice and comfortable. The location was just a short walk to the shuttle bus or a quick and easy drive to the gondola. The bottom level has heated floors and the hot tub was clean and ready to use after a great day on the slopes! We would definitely stay there again!

Amazing place!

Our family had a wonderful time at 78 Alders. This townhouse was big enough for our family with plenty of room to spread out. The large table was nice for all of us to sit at and eat and play games. Also the living room seating was great! Bus/shuttle stops are conveniently located near the house. But if you don’t want to take the bus, it’s a quick drive to the gondola drop off lots. A plus was having a hot tub to use after a long day on the mountain. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property

78 Alders was the perfect place for our family of 5. Plenty of space, fully stocked kitchen, private hot tub, sauna shower, the amenities goes on and on. Location was beautiful. You can jump on the shuttle or walk the beautiful trail which was a little too far for us with our ski gear. You won’t be disappointed booking this property. I can’t think of one negative thing about 78 Alders. Thank you SkyRun for always making sure we are well taken care of.

Beautiful home but disappointed with our stay

This home is a great location and beautiful, but we had some problems. When arriving the heater was broken and 40 degrees in the house. Thankfully they brought over many space heaters, blankets and wine to help warm us up. During our stay the hot tub stopped working, a few light bulbs went out, the breaker tripped, we ran out of paper towels and toilet paper, and there were no kitchen towels to clean with. We were not given many details for check out, and no one answered when trying to call to ask questions. Our group had a great time, but the house issues were disappointing and didn't meet our expectations.

Amazing home and beautiful location!

78 Alders was as nice on the inside as the views on the outside! It was an easy walk to the Keystone resort (bus options too) and also easy to drive to near by areas like Dillon and Breckenridge. The house was well stocked with supplies and activities along with comfortable beds and furniture! We'll definitely come back again!
