Great stay close to the slopes

This is a great place to stay with family or friends who want to be near the slopes. Each of the 4 bedrooms had en suites. The building included a small grocery, coffee shop, bar & grill & enclosed parking. Easy walk to the ski village. The unit was very clean & had sufficient area for relaxation.

Ski Trip 2024

The location is great for price. The condo is in need of TLC. It was clean but felt dated. Sinks didn't drain well, beds could use new mattresses, kitchen sink faucet needed tightening, dishwasher top drawer needed attention, fridge missing some shelves/door bins. No ski locker key. Power outlets are few and some things need attention (wall plugs, lights, faucet, etc). Maintenance staff who happened to be in lobby was very friendly when we arrived and explained everything about access and location of room/parking etc.

Great location

We love it, great layout, plenty space, very clean, great location. Restaurants, convenient stores downstairs. Walking distance to River Run, gondolas, lift station and bus stop. We loved it

Very nice, few small changes would make it 5 stars

We loved the location, size, cleanliness, 4Br 4 bath, single code keypad for all entry. A few changes would change our rating to a 5. New matresses, a 2nd parking spot, new bathroom grout, and a bigger outdoor gathering area. We had a great time exploring the area, the mountain coaster at Copper, and hiking. Steep brewery had delicious food, beverages, and great people.

Friends drinks wino stays wino

The location was a short distance walk about 5 mind to the Keystone wine festival. It was spacious and had 4 bedrooms with their bathrooms. There were some maintenance issues and Management responded quickly. They sent their maintenance tech out the next day and completed the repairs. The place is outdated and had what we needed for our weekend stay. We enjoyed our stay.

Property Just Okay

The property is very run down. Owners really need to invest some money fixing this property up. Pictures were clearly taken when this property was in it’s prime, and current at all. The mattresses in all four rooms were awful. None of us slept well due to the mattresses sagging and not at all supportive. Location is great and the property served our purposes but not a comfortable stay.

wonderful family ski vacation

The property was good. It was close to the slopes and fairly well maintained. The following items were found by us needing to be looked at or repaired. We had one sink issue during our first day and the management did send someone that evening. Needs fixing .... Kids bathroom toilet - upstairs farther from washer/dryer Other upstairs bath shower doesn't drain Random things.... Plastic plates/bowls for kids Needs new broom Some of the pots are SO old...hazard Leftover storage options for the visit... Rubbermaid Blender base is missing Griddle grease catcher missing Need a second cookie sheet (makes things easier for large families) More kitchen towels ....2 isn't enough Bench unstable for kids....fell over three times. The following items had issues.

Great Location, Needs Improvement

This was a perfect set up for four families given the upstairs loft and rooms were suitable for families with children. We had 14 of our family staying here. If you want more room to yourself, this is not the place for you. Everyone was in each other's way and on top of each other. Also, it is not very well maintained. There were multiple lightbulbs out when we arrived (6; which I think should have been checked when the housekeepers came before we got there), one of the toilet handles upstairs did not flush unless you took the top of off and pulled the water valve each time, and the thermostat would not go above 60 degrees, which you can imagine is a massive issue when the "feels like" temp is -14 outside. I think this property overall needs a major update and TLC. However, you do get you bang-for-your-buck given the location. It is very close to both River Run and Mountain House. A quick drive, or a quick 8 min walk to the Peru lift. A lot of pros and cons, but overall, I would not book this penthouse condo again.

Just right!

It was just the right size for our family. We loved it! We don’t ski but there was plenty to do within walking distance. We enjoyed the area as well as hanging out inside and playing games.

Great property - Great Location

Oct ‘22-Our weekend was great! The rooms were well equipped. Plenty of space and clean. We used the community grill out by the pool Patio and it worked well. The kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as we had hoped. There were no pot holders, baking sheets or salt. I texted the property manager early Saturday am and they offered to Drop the items off yet we never received them before our checkout 24 hours later

Family Wedding Vacation

Property was perfect for our family. Kids loved the bunk beds. We had other relatives staying at the Mountain House as well. Did not understand why were were told to park in a paid lot in town when there was ample parking in the garage and out front. One space for a 4 bedroom place was not adequate. The key code was often difficult and late at night the doors were open. Upon our arrival There were several minor maintenance issues that we reported. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Neglected maintenance of Unit

Layout was perfect. There were numerous issues:Dryer not functioning (note was left), blinds in bedroom with balcony couldn't open to the door, refrigerator not functioning (Steven came out and fixed it), shower heads need replacing, dvd player broken (kids missed out), 1 fan didn't work, only 1 extra trash bag supplied, had to reuse 2.

Keystone vacation

Vacation in Colorado

Love the place the only problem is to get in inside the parking my code no working. I found a maintenance, name Jeff was wonderful. Jeff help me to get in and out and he place and the parking lot. Place was very clean!! I come back.
