Loved the location and the place. Close to grocery store and ski resort. The fireplace was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice Stay in Keystone During Beautiful Autumn

Property is well maintained in a great location in Keystone. Very quiet with nice large decks. Our dog loved going on walks along the Snake River.

Mountain Vacation

My family had a wonderful time at this lovely house. It was very clean and we had great communication from the host. It was a private location and close to the ski resort. It was very spacious and relaxing to come back to after a day of skiing. We enjoyed our stay!

Weekend Getaway

My wife and I popped up from Denver for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. Perfect location as we wanted to check out Keystone but we also had a show to see at the Dillon Amphitheater. Great location all around.

Great Basecamp for mountain adventure

This home was perfect for our family getaway with littles. The open floorplan was great for our large group to socialize and keep an eye on all the kids. We had a fantastic time playing in the yard and the beds were comfortable. Check in and out process was easy and the location was great for activities and access to food. Our toddler did find some dog poop on the upper deck which created some fun memories and laundry time, but other than that the house was clean and had what we needed to have a good time.

Great Stay in Keystone - Beating the Midwest Summer Heat

This property was in a great location. It was quiet and yet allowed great access to Keystone and Summit County! The house was very clean, everything worked, we loved the deck, and our dog and I loved the easy access to the path along the Snake River. Our party of 6 adults (3 couples) were very comfortable.

Great location, very pleasant

Location is great, quiet area - as most of Keystone is. Easy access to every outdoor activity you could possible want. House is reasonably comfortable, I would recommend some upgrades to the patio furniture outside and also the bed in the master is not very comfortable. But most everything you could need for an extended stay is available, we had a great stay.

Great location!

This is a comfortable house in a great location! There was enough room for parents and two teenagers to spread out - everyone had their own space. The house was very clean and well- equipped. The only improvement could be in the outdoor furniture. There are two large decks to enjoy but only two plastic chairs and a couple of weathered wire chairs to sit on. Upgrading that outdoor space would definitely give this a 5 star rating. Communication with the management property was excellence and check in and check out was super easy. Great stay!

A jem in the middle of Keystone

Stay 5 nice for a family Thanksgiving trip. Awesome property, location and accommodations. Very spacious house with 2 living areas so everyone could space out. extremely serene surroundings, peace and quiet. The neighborhood fix is not shy to walk by back porch in the middle of the day in broad daylight. Simply wonderful experience. We would love to return and stay here again. Thank you very much

We didn’t stay at the property originallyBooked. We got a notification two days before our stay stating there was a mold issue. So moved us to a condo that was ok. Not the location we really wanted and a lotOf obvious pet stains in the family area.

Enjoyed our stay!

The home accommodated our group and we had an enjoyable stay with no issues. Location is very nice to hop on river trails for biking or walking during the summer! I gave 4 stars because the house is in need of a little TLC for the price.

Winter wonderland......

Stayed here with my family for Christmas Snowboard Holiday, great place!! Beautiful location for photos in the back yard, house is huge, clean, warm, and good location, short drive to Silverthorne, Breck, All the other parks, house was great, equipped. Shuttle service within walking distance, easy check in, Xmas to remember for sure.. Would be back in the future for sure.....

This property was perfect for what we were wanting. My daughter got her own room with a tv; my parents were able to get a room and easy access to a bedroom downstairs and my husband and I got the loft. The only setback is one evening we were sitting out on the lower deck just talking and my husband was sitting in the green Adirondack chair and it broke underneath him unexpectantly. He scraped up his back a bit.

We loved the neighborhood and the Soda Springs area. The home smelled horribly like mildew and mold when we first arrived. We had to air it out for hours and at night with things closed up, it would smell bad again in the morning, but nothing like when we arrived. We could not find any mold or mildew present but in the stairs it was very strong. Thinking there might be an issue behind the kitchen sink. Also, the hot water heater went out on Friday night and was out Saturday. Someone fixed it while we were gone however the water went cold again before we could even finish a first shower.

Fall Vacation

This rental was a perfect spot for my husband and I, and our grown children, to vacation together. There was plenty of space to spread out, the house was well-equipped, and everything was clean. Even though there were other homes around, it was a very quiet and private setting. Keystone was a great central location for hiking in SIlverthorne, Frisco and Breckenridge. There were several hikes within walking distance of our property and our children found several challenging rock climbing options. The house is advertised as having a sauna - it does have one, but we could not get that to work. However, we would definitely consider renting again.

Nice home with 70’s vibe. Perfect for our family. Short drive to skiing and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay here. My only comment would be to clear out some of the kitchen appliances so there is room for groceries.
