位置距離中央車站大約15分鐘, 附近有大型商場, 前枱職員服務亦滿意, 但設施陳舊, 大堂擠迫, 行李放滿枱上及梳化周圍, 房間小, 難以打開2個行李箱, 廁所亦沒有位置放用品及衣服, 隔音差, 每天8:00開始便有職員推鐵籠車放在走廊, 開始收拾房間, 聲量影響睡覺, 枱面, 杯, 水壼, 地毡亦佈滿麈埃及有異味, 房租貴, 完全不值得這個價錢。

地點相當優異，就在悉尼著名的地標維多利亞女皇大廈旁邊，無論步行購物或乘坐火車輕軌到其他地方旅遊，都是絕佳的地點。 房間相當狹小，只提供基本的客房設備，房外走廊幽暗，服務大堂細小。房間尚算整潔。

連續住了四晚，交通非常方便，步行可以到達觀光碼頭、購物中心、就餐很方便。美中不足之處，酒店設施有些簡陋、陳舊，每天有古怪的油煙味從空調通風口進入房間，久久無法消散。
