“Oleg, the Manager is very communicative, easy to deal with, and is quick to react to requests. I was in Kharkiv at a time when missile strikes were a regular occurrence and still the property was well maintained and comfortable. Aside from Russian attacks, the general area seems very safe and is very much a family environment with a large playground in the enclave, and a small supermarket and otter shops within a 3 minute walk. ”

“The location is really great - quiet yard not far from the city center. The price is a bargain. The hotel used to be a cool place once. Now it’s not maintained properly. I did not have room service for 3 days, shower knob is broken and nobody cares. And they actually do not serve breakfast there.”
