「Size of the room was sufficient. The hotel is a low budget, so it is not anything fancy. Food was good. Staff did not clean the room for our whole stay. 」

「Quite noise in the room」

「That stay was a complete disaster. It felt like a scam from the very beginning—the actual location was nothing like what was shown on Expedia. The place didn’t meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness or service. The bed was broken, the toilet was rusty and damaged, and the bed sheets were smelly and dirty. They moved me to another hotel from the same chain, but the conditions were exactly the same. I wasn’t able to sleep there even for a single night. I ended up booking another hotel...

「We paid at high price and I think the hotel is over pricing their room in the peak tourist season. All staff we met are very friendly, room is cleaned and we were upgraded to a two room suite with a private pool. Yet, the pool water was not clean and the room was old. Foods are generally good to be fair. We had chicken biriani and the chicken was not cooked, the chef came to apology and provide us a special ice cream with seasonal fruit. it was a good surprise to us. There are so many stairs...

「Room which supposed to be allocated to me was given to some one else & that room was allocated to me on next day. When I claimed they told me that there's some wrong information in the booking order. Also bathroom tape was leaking.」

「The staff members were kind, giving us free water bottles. But the room was really dirty, noisy, the AC worked partially, the area was not reccomendable. The pictures on the booking webside did not look like the room itself, as the room was terrible and dirty. Don’t reccomend it!」
