「Had a stay for 2 nights. Hotel environment is very relaxing with well trained staff which is great for vacation purposes. The swimming pool is huge with lots of room for all guests. There are swimming section and rest area with adults only. The room interior is clean but some equipment need to be refurbished.」

「Very poor communication with reception. Paid for breakfast, but no known breakfast services. Front desk didn’t even advise until checkout. 」

「I was traveling with my family. We stayed at the sands Khao Lak for 3 nights in a pool access room. My girls loved the slide pool, the weather was so nice and the buffet breakfast was good enough. Overall we loved our stay at the Sands Khao Lak 」

「Das Grand Mercure Khao Lak Bangsak ist ein wunderschönes, gepflegtes Hotel zu einem sehr guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis (in der Nebensaison!) Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und wurden jederzeit sehr zuvorkommend und höflich bedient. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist gigantisch und hat die Note hervorragend verdient. Wir können das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Einziges Manko: Das Meer ist in Bangsak in der Regenzeit sehr wild und man kann kaum baden. 」

「Friendly staff and amazing resort. They made our holiday memorable. Every areas are exceptional clean, spacious rooms and the resort has many activities to take part on. Great fitness centre.
