Spindrift is perfect beach house for a family getaway or a respectful group of friends. As it is located in a quiet residential area, it is not a party house - please. The home is well styled and equipped, and is a short walk to either Kendalls Beach or Easts Beach. You will have everything you need for an enjoyable stay, including books, games, fire pit and dart board. Spindrift is also pet friendly.

Where will I be?
Spindrift is ideally located between two fantastic beaches - family friendly Kendalls Beach and Easts Beach. There is a local tapas bar and cafe just a short walk from the house. It is a 5 minute drive to the centre of Kiama where you will find many cafes, restaurants and shops. The nearby towns of Gerringong, Gerroa and Berry are all a short drive away.

This wonderful home is perfect for a family getaway. You will have everything you need for your stay, including books, board games and a table tennis table to keep everyone entertained. There are plenty of great outdoor options - a covered dining area, firepit, a deck that catches the afternoon sun and a basketball hoop and dart board. All of this just a stones throw from the beach!
How is the property laid out?
Spindrift has a large, open plan kitchen with a long dining table with bench seats. There is also a lounge that opens onto the back deck and undercover patio. The lounge room TV has Apple TV and Fetch for streaming movies and shows, please remember to bring your own log in. There are 4 bedrooms, the two front rooms each have a queen bed and the two other rooms have one set of bunk beds and a trundle in each. There is one bathroom with a bath, walk in shower, vanity and toilet. You will also find a second toilet and European style laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Enjoy barbequing and dining together under the large covered patio. There is plenty of seating for the whole family with a table and bench seats. The yard becomes fully enclosed when you shut the gates to the driveway. There is a large grassed area in the back yard, a firepit, a deck and drive that is great for scooters and skateboards. You will also find a basketball hoop and a dart board. Rinse off after a day at the beach with a hot and cold outdoor shower.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
There are ceiling fans in the two front bedrooms and a pedestal fan in each of the bunk rooms. All windows have fly screens so you can open them to catch the breeze. In the winter there is a gas heater in the lounge area that heats the whole house.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is enough parking for up to three cars on the driveway and there is plenty of street parking available.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Spindrift is a pet friendly property with secure yard and bedding and bowls provided for your dog in the undercover entertainment area. Please keep dogs in this area and outside only andplease bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately. Absolutely no dogs inside.
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
