“The hotel is in a very good location, unfortunately it is very dirty, black mould all over the shower and dust everywhere. Strange stains over the bedhead and chair. The carpet next to the elevator had a big stain that looked like dried out vomit and stains all over the wall. The lobby is also very dirty, the chairs have clearly never been cleaned. We asked to change rooms because of the black mould all over the shower, and there were no rooms available without it. At the end they managed……

“I’ve booked 4 rooms and was given the old wing after I’ve asked the reception for the newer rooms she told me that the hotel was full. I beg to differ as during breakfast, there was so little people. Old wing rooms were dilapidated and water in the shower alternated between hot and cold even after adjustment. I’ve booked this hotel before 2 years ago and was impressed with the newer rooms which I was allocated. Overall, a disappointing stay for me and my guests this time. In future,……

“The dirtiest hotel we have seen so far on our Indonesia trips (we have been easily in over 25 hotels so far). Also the first time we requested to get new rooms ever. First room: Garbage on the floor, hairs in the bed, clear sign of sheets not changed, walls need repainting, tv screen dirty, used guest shoes, huge spider webs in corners, dusty windows, stsins in bath room snd towels etc. etc. Management either does not know better or does not care. It is one thing that some parts need……

“Mooi hotel, sfeervolle inrichting. Lekker ontbijt (a la carte) en uitstekende service. Mogelijkheid om tours te boeken naar bv. kawah putih met gids (aanrader!). Kamer is netjes, wordt elke dag gepoetst. Op weekdagen werden we op het derde verdiep gewekt door de speaker van de nabijgelegen school. Dit is een beetje jammer.”
