「Hotel is still new about a year plus. Location is good. Not far from cihemplas walk & rumah moda. Great Room size, Breakfast spread are marvellous and service staff are excellent. Didn't get their names but all are very helpful. Hotel Maintenance is a plus. All areas look clean and tidy. The swimming pool is a must to visit it's breathtaking.」

「This hotel tries really hard; has spacious rooms with high quality furnishings, and excellent personal service (e.g. ringing you up to ask if you want breakfast room service). The location is away from Jalan Cihampelas but it is only a 15-20 minute walk away. Handy for Lembang, Istana Plaza and the airport. Very good value-for-money indeed. Foreigners should be aware that no beer or wine is served.」

「It was average. The shopping and food we're quite nearby. Perhaps a signage on the main ròad help. Most vehicles including the taxis often missed the location. The people who managed the place are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast normalĺy is from 7am to 10am. When we need to check out at 5.30am, I asked them to prepare us 4 hardboiled eggs that we can eat at the airport. At 5.15am not only the eggs are ready, even the breakfast is ready.」

「A studio appartement in a modern building. Communication with Travelio was not easy as we did not understand that Expedia was passing us to another similar local agency to manage the rental. Fortunately my partner is speaking Indonesian but if it had been only in English it would have been even more difficult. The place now - basic facility.
