This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Sparrow Pond Cottage accommodates up to 6 guests in comfort and style. A true home away from home, this Kiawah Island cottage boasts a screened porch, a furnished wraparound deck, a community pool, and coastal-inspired interiors.

This Kiawah Island cottage is beautifully decorated with a spacious living area full of comfortable seating and an open floorplan. The dining area is located just off the living area with seating for 6. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including high-end appliances, granite countertops, and all the comforts of home.

The primary bedroom offers a queen size bed and en-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom is also furnished with a queen bed and shares a full size bathroom with the third bedroom. The third bedroom includes two twin size beds perfect for little ones.

The front porch features comfortable outdoor seating to enjoy the tranquil wooded views. The wraparound deck features a designated outdoor dining area, as well as an outdoor shower, perfect for cleaning off the sand after a day at the beach! Beach access is located just a short walk down the quiet, twisting road that takes you through the beautiful oak trees and pine trees of Sparrow Pond.

The Sparrow Pond Cottages are island vacation rentals set in a serene setting near West Beach Village. Take a scenic stroll through the oaks and pines to Kiawah Island’s 10 miles of beautiful beaches, enjoy hours of family fun in the community pool and discover the best of Kiawah Island from this central location. West Beach Village is located nearest to Kiawah Island’s main gate and is situated around the Cougar Point Golf Course and Clubhouse. West Beach is Kiawah’s oldest neighborhood with meandering boardwalks, mature maritime forests and a charming, Lowcountry island vibe.

You’re an easy walk to the beach, a bike ride away from Freshfields Village, The Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park and Kiawah Island’s world-class golf courses and tennis, and a short 40-minute drive to historic downtown Charleston.

Pool Access: Guests have access to the Duneside/Sparrow Pond Community Pool only (Apr-Oct). Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Beach Access: Beach access is via Boardwalks 1 and 2.

Please Note: The use of the fireplace is prohibited.

Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets.

Parking: There is parking for up to 3 cars.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
