Kihei Akahi A105 offering direct ocean views! Prime location with beach access right across the street! This spacious 2 level townhouse is perfect for families or couples traveling together.

As you enter, you will be drawn to the private lanai. Relax and take in the amazing ocean views. Enjoy your favorite beverage while watching a mesmerizing Maui sunset, or dine alfresco with a high top table and seating for four. The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors allow for indoor/outdoor living.

The main living area offers the perfect setting to relax after a fun-filled day on Maui. Curl up and unwind with your favorite movie. Complete with a flat-screen TV split AC and ceiling fan.

A chef's delight! Fully equipped kitchen with a gas range, plate ware, and utensils as well as all of the cooking items any chef would need. No one will mind cooking with these views! The dining area offers seating for four.

There is a half-bath on the first level.

The second level offers a fabulous guest bedroom with a king bed, split AC and ceiling fan.

Enjoy your morning coffee and take in the gorgeous views from your primary bedroom with a second lanai! Drift off for the perfect night's rest in a king bed, with a split AC to keep cool and a ceiling fan.

The full bath offers plenty of space with a double vanity and walk-in shower. There is a washer/dryer for lighter packing.

Kihei Akahi is situated on six and a half acres of beautiful lush tropical grounds, with two great swimming pools, 4 large gas BBQ's, and a tennis court. You have everything you need with an activity reservation center, property office, and library on-site! Its location is ideal with beautiful beaches right across the street! Shops, restaurants, and more within walking distance from your unit.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different from the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Home away from home

The place was really a home from home for us during our stay in Maui. It has everything we needed and is clean and organized. It is close to everything- shopping, places to eat, etc. plus it’s right across the street from the beach. We had an amazing view! I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Spacious beachfront townhouse was perfect for our family

We loved our stay in this beautiful 2-level townhouse on Kamaole Beach 2. Really can’t beat the view from the ground floor patio and master bedroom balcony. Stunning. And I could watch my daughters at the beach from this unit. The two bedrooms upstairs are spacious with two king beds that worked perfectly for our family of four. Was a little strange not to have a door for the upstairs washroom. The bright lights can wake sleeping people. Although the toilet and shower room did have a door for privacy. The only other thing that would prevent us from rebooking here was the amount of tiny bugs on the main level. The kitchen counters and living room floors/furniture had these tiny little bugs that would crawl into our food dishes while we prepared food and ate our meals. The unit only had one tiny trap in the corner of the kitchen counter. Definitely needed more traps in this unit. Or fumigation. Also, be aware that the property management company does charge rental fees for all beach equipment needed. The unit only comes with beach chairs. We had to rent beach umbrellas, a cooler and boogie boards. If they can control the infestation of bugs in this unit, we would definitely come back here.

Hard to beat location!

We had a great vacation and this property had a big part in that success! The rental is large and more updated than most. The location is just so hard to beat as it is in walking distance to nearly anything you would want to go to. Only minor gripes would be that road noise could be a factor (obviously that is a trade off being so close to the main road/beach), and the kitchen could have used a few more 'gadgets' and whatnot for cooking. Otherwise it was a wonderful place, that included some nice extras like Yeti Coolers, JBL Wireless speakers and more for use at the beach! Definitely your 'above-average' rental unit!

Beautiful place and location but..

Condo is in a great location amazing views absolutely stunning loved it. The only issue we found was black mold in the washer. Would highly recommend over packaging so your dont geat a horrible head to toe rash from doing laundry. Other then that great place to sleep

Excellent Family Vacation Accommodations

We had a wonderful stay in Kihei for 9 nights here, as it was very comfortable, spacious, clean and perfect for our family. Plenty of room and good communication from hosts. We enjoyed the spectacular ocean views and evening sunsets from our two lanais. Located across from the beach, with a short walk, and close to the swimming pool on the property. Would recommend to family and friends and definitely would stay again when we return to Hawaii. Mahalo.

Amazing stay for young family

We cannot say enough good things about this unit and this overall complex. Location was perfect - right across from Kam II and walking distance to several shops and restaurants. The unit was clean and well stocked. We stayed for a month and never ran out of “essential” supplies. Our favorite part was by far the view from the two lanais. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Location is the best in Kihei! Just one minute from Beach an amazing ocean views. The condo is in perfect shape. The beds are amazingly comfortable! Kitchen has all the things you need to cook. Plenty of chairs and towels for the beach. My family and I have been to Kihei six times and this is our favorite location to stay so far!

Wonderful Stay at Kihei Akahi

What a wonderful condo! The two bedrooms upstairs were perfectly comfortable for our small family. We loved the opportunity to eat dinner and watch the sun set from our lanai. Kihei Akahi is one of our favorite complexes with helpful staff and clean facilities. The condo is close to restaurants and a lifeguard occupied beach. Truly one of the best trips we’ve had to Maui!

Whales, Mai tais and sunsets

Great location. We got to watch whales and sunsets from the Lana’i. Clean unit. Lots of towels and beach supplies (we have also contributed to the beach supplies for future renters). Easy walk to the beach, good food, and stores. They didn’t have pictures of the unit for us prior to our arrival, but the furniture and whatnot was nice and appears that some of it is the same as the furniture in the “for sale” listing from when it was purchased last year so no fear, it’s got all you need. It’s got new patio furniture upstairs and down and a new couch. Overall, great location. Great price. Would stay here again.
