We enjoyed our stay immensely. Great location. Condo was well appointed, even with beach toys for guest use. Loved how close barbeques and pool were in relation to unit. Would stay here again.

Another Wonderful Stay

This is the third time we have stayed in this condo and we plan on returning again. It's well stocked, clean, quiet and comfortable all around. The ground floor location allows you to walk right out onto the beautiful grounds of the Kamaole Sands complex. And the beach is just 100 yards away. Thanks to Lindy and Bob for being such exceptional hosts.

Another Great Visit to Kamaole Sands, Kihea

Beautiful 1 bedroom unit, close to the beach and all the amenities of Kamaole Sands. The unit was in great condition, well stocked and a very convenient location. Bob was great to work with while booking as well as very informative about the unit and location. Very nice large lanai, with view of the ocean and the Kamaole fountains. Great spot! We love Kamaole Sands

This condo was more than expected. Clean, well stocked, with updated kitchen and bathroom. We loved the location--Just a couple minutes to walk to the beach. Centrally located in Maui to enjoy all parts of the island. Extremely easy check in process and communication with owners for check in and check out details was simple and detailed. Perfect location, the beach is right across the street and its probably the best in the area. Literally everything you could need in the room was there. Fabulous Stay

We are regular Maui visitors and thus has been the best condo we have stayed in. Super clean, comfortable and well equipped kitchen. We very much enjoyed our stay at 10-113. The unit was very clean with a well stocked kitchen including glasses, cups, plates, nice silverware and quality cooking utensils and pans. Also equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear and boogie boards. Couldn't have asked for more. Communication was great, check in a breeze and everything was perfect! Hope to stay again!

Felt like home

The bed was very comfortable, we really liked having two separate bathrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped and had just about every gadget you could think of. The quality of the amenities was excellent. Bob and Lindy were very attentive and checked in with us to ensure everything was okay. The welcome goodies were a nice touch. The BEST unit at kamaole Sands

Husband and I enjoyed our stay. Wonderful unit with all amenities and more. The grounds are clean and the location for our first Maui trip were pefect. We could not have asked for more. The unit was stocked with everything needed, and the welcoming gifts were much appreciated! Highly recommend staying in this condo. The building is perfectly located and the best one on the property. So Relaxing

This is our second stay in this particular unit at Kamaole Sands and by far the nicest unit we have stayed at. Everything you need is readily available, be it in the kitchen, bathroom or supplies for the beach. The lanai is great for entertaining and we loved the little light on the lanai table!!!! Great stay!

We stayed at this properly for two weeks in January. Everything about this condo and the resort property in general made for a very enjoyable stay for us. The condo unit itself was well stocked with anything one would need for any length of stay – from beach equipment to kitchen and cookware utensils and appliances to laundry and cleaning needs. All furnishings were well-kept and clean. The mattress was new and comfortable. Clearly, the owners take pride in offering a top-notch rental. The resort property was equally impressive and well maintained. Each day we observed employees attending to the fountains, the grounds, plantings, flowers, etc. We would highly recommend this VRBO and would gladly stay here again should should our travel plans permit.

Perfect Vacation

This home was just as listed. Clean and had more than enough space and amenities. View from the lanai was beautiful and the walk to the beach was literally 3 mins across the street. Check in was a breeze and the front desk gave great directions and tips on where to enter for convenience. We had no issues. Wifi was available. The instructions given by the owners were thorough and on point. When we travel to Maui again we won’t hesitate to check availability here first. :-)

Perfect vacation rental

The only thing better than the location of this rental (a few steps from a gorgeous beach, Kamole) were the amenities included. The rental was stocked with everything you might need for any activity in Maui. For example, if you want to go to the beach, there are umbrellas, chairs, towels, sunscreen, snorkel gear and so much more. the kitchen is fully stocked, probably better equipped than my own kitchen with state of the art appliances and quality utensils, pots and pans. Everything we forgot or planned to get on the island was already available to us in the apartment. Bob was very responsive and honest. I would recommend this unit to anyone visiting Maui, and would stay here again.

Home away from home

Well organized, decorated, and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms have all the amenities one might need, even though we packed in everything because other places are not so accommodating. Washer and dryer in the condo made our stay even nicer. Patio has a table with 4 chairs and a chaise. It overlooks several fountains and 2 lagoons. Fountains automatically turn off at night to prevent sleep disturbance. Our hosts even provided welcoming gifts. Soooo thoughtful. Any problems will be dealt with immediately as the owner stay much of the year in the same complex, which is very comforting.
