"Front Desk staffs are genuinely friendly and helpful. Knowing that I am a foreigner, they respond to all my inquiries in English fluently and warmly welcomed us whenever we return to the Hotel. The room is super clean, large enough, and nicely equipped with washing machine, kettle, fridge, etc. We especially love about their choice of hair dryer in the room, which was amazing that we ended up wanting to buy one. Complimentary coffee at the lobby and the ice machine on the seond floor were also great.
The location of this hotel is also impeccable: Right next to Tanukikoji Shotengai, Susuno Eki, close to the main shopping area, Odori Park, and Sapporo TV tower. It is also very close to the Abest Hotel bus station for those who want to take the bus to Shin Chitose Airport.
Overall a wonderful stay for us and would definitely recommend to people who are choosing hotel in Sapporo."
