10 college friends chose to stay at Atlantic Watch for our annual reunion. We liked the amount of space that allowed each of us to have our own bedroom and bathroom,The common area was great for us to spend time together.

It was great! Plenty of room and then some. Clean. It is showing some wear. For example: one closet door was off hinges, kitchen cabinet door was broken, one of the ocean front rooms had damage that was in the middle of bing fixed (just dry wall no paint), sliding doors to the outside are pretty rough and hard to open and close. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of seating indoors and outside. Sofas and chairs are nice. The game room and extra tv room down stairs are great.

Kitchen cabinet door missing. Closet door busted off hinge, Blinds off the wall and on the floor in the bedroom, front window screens torn and flapping, Garbage/ debris/ insulation on the lower and mid deck. The rear vinyl is burned and patched with duct tape. No bath towels (left in dryer, wet). Check-in was late due to the cleaning not being completed. Air vents are dirty and black.It looked like a frat house, with NO upkeep. They should be ashamed to rent the house in its current condition.Booking agency -Avantstay, did nothing to resolve ANY of the issues. We left and found alternative accommodations after 3 days of no resolution. I would not rent this house.
