**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Please note that this home is NOT pet friendly. If this rule is violated, guests will be subject to an eviction and $150 fine for ever day in violation.**



Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.

Please note that this home is NOT pet friendly. If this rule is violated, guests will be subject to an eviction and $150 fine for ever day in violation.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: Late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
