The check in process was super easy! Kitchen facilities were sufficient and bedrooms were spacious! The only complaint is the "master" had double beds and therefore had tp be used for children instead of adults!

The house was very good, a little outdated, but clean. We enjoyed our stay there. Proximity is very close to the beach. You do have to climb over a sand dune so if you are in anyway mobility challenged, it might be a struggle. We had a very windy week, but we were very close to all the attractions, directly across from the Wright brothers memorial which we visited, and did lots of touring and shopping and eating great seafood.

The first thing we noticed is the smoke detector was down and just sitting on counter. Overall cleanness was fair there was some dust and few strands hair on back of toilet and shower in bathroom. Floors were good no sand. After about day 2 I pulled back comforter because it was too hot and saw they didn’t wash them the underneath was filthy with body fluids. I took down to wash it. That upset me because they should be washed after every stay. With what you pay for cleaning that is bad. I also took pictures of this. It was also bad weather but that’s not anyone’s fault so we stayed in a lot. Also told property management that the only working Roku box was living room. All bedroom boxes didn’t work so no tv in there.

Overall, the location was excellent and the view of the ocean was spectacular. We had trouble with the TV on the first night due to a missing remote and on the second night the carbon monoxide detector went off at 11 pm and had to get hold of management after hours. Other than that, property fairly well maintained but a little smaller than photos suggested. Upstairs shower was too small for even my 5ft 2 inch wife.Nice master bed room though. Overall, however we managed to have a nice time.
