  • Private Great location. Charming 2 bedroom, 3 blocks from Ocean in Kill Devil Hills. Plenty of parking. Walking distance to food, shopping and movies. Dead end road and pet friendly. Well stocked kitchen. Huge wooded back yard. large hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower. Queen beds in both bedrooms with bunk beds also. Wifi provided, Smart TV. Central A/C. Gas grill and picnic table. Bike trails to Wright Brothers Monument, fishing pier, cinema, shopping and food so close by. It's perfect for your boats or outdoor gear. Located close to public boat ramp in quiet family friendly neighborhood, removed from the traffic yet right in the middle of town. WiFi provided. Perfect for yoga retreat with private wooded backyard covered with live oak trees. Paddleboard classes or rental available. Pet Friendly.

Beach getaway

We stayed for three nights. The house was exactly what we were looking for. Check in couldn't have been easier, and communication with the host was great. We had a great time, the house had everything we needed and was very conveniently located. Will definitely book this place again

Wonderful Stay at a Cozy Cottage!

We had a fantastic stay at this charming two-bedroom cottage! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, local shops, and a fun splash pad that the kids loved.Rose, the host, was absolutely wonderful — friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful spot near all the attractions!

Our family of five spent the week and absolutely loved it! Rose is a gracious hostess. From fresh eggs and cucumbers brought for our family to enjoy, to making sure we knew great places to eat, and beaches and activities to enjoy, she made sure our vacation was great. All our boys said the house was the best part of our stay, due to the variety of games she has available. We know where to stay if we are back in OBX!

Wonderful Beach Cottage

Second stay at Rose’s beach cottage and we got to meet Rose, she’s absolutely wonderful and a great host. Great location, private backyard, always very clean, and super close to the beach. Lovely place to stay with the furbabies, We look forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful time here! The house is comfortable and cozy. It is lovingly decorated and cared for. The kitchen is well stocked. The bunk room was perfect for our four kids, and they enjoyed the well stocked game cabinet. We loved all the hanging chairs in the space underneath. The location is convenient to the beach and shopping centers, along with the biking/walking path along the bay side. We can't wait to come back!

This house is perfect for a couple’s get away. Conveniently located & close to everything.The house was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the deck is the perfect place to relax! We went to the beach, rode bikes, & cooked delicious meals in the kitchen. Don’t skip a duck donut!

This place was great! We were tucked at the end of the street with only 1 neighbor. But so close to the beach and the grocery store and Duck Donuts!

Rose was an absolute sweetheart! Her cottage was so adorable and def fit the beach vibes. The fresh eggs she left us were amazing! Pet friendly and our pupper loved running around the outdoor space. The one level with bedrooms was amazing for our little ones. We will def be back to the cottage . It’s in such a great area close by to everything.
