This rental had eveything we needed. The layout is great for all. My family relaxed in the pool and the beach access is close by.

Great place to stay at Kill Devil Hills

Our family loved the condo! It was clean and everything was brand new! Our family enjoyed the pool a lot! The pool had a fun water slide and a splash park. The beach was just a short drive to the free parking. Our only complaints were the WiFi was a little slow and difficult and we had to create a Samsung account to watch TV. But overall, We had a great time and hope to come back soon!

The property was clean and pretty. I understand it's really new so some additions would make it more comfortable such as extra towel racks in bathrooms, mirrors in the bedrooms so you can get ready there, including a full-length mirror. But especially some rugs to muffle the sound. It echoed inside the unit and you could hear the upstairs neighbors (kids I'd assume) running around every morning and night so if you happen to manage that unit too....
