Lovely location super convenient to the beach as well as stores/restaurants. It is right next to a hotel, but with private parking and a private walkway to the beach, it was no problem!

A couple hitches at check in that were resolved quickly with great customer service. Lovely unit, great beach views and Atlantic sunrises. Private access makes walks on the beach so easy.

The condo has a great location close to the beach and town but was lacking in cleanliness and the promised basics like a trash bag and coffee. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Wave Watcher.

Perfect for 2 people. Loved the deck on the back and easy access to the beach. Only down side is the Days Inn lights and parking lot activity when out on the deck at night. Regardless, would rent it in the future without hesitation.

Our condo was very outdated and if you don’t do steps this in not the place for you. Also it needs a boardwalk to the beach. Overall it was clean, quiet and no issues with anything.

Day prior to our stay we were notified our reserved condo was not available. After a few conversations a good alternative was offered. Didn’t quite have the view of the original location. The replacement accommodations were very nice. Centrally located to all of the OBX activities.

Great location. Nice furniture. The view is obstructed by brown wood railings, The entire ceiling in the kitchen needed to be painted as they had put in new ceiling drywall. There were rat droppings under the sink on top of the cutting board. There was something black stuck to the ceiling 0coming out of the air registers. Roaches. Red ants on the porch. Outside furniture is mildewed.

Pros: - Great view - Nice location - Clean place - Deck is amazing with super comfy hammock chairs - Kitchen was well stocked Cons: - Can hear the people above you really bad. Like you can hear murmurs when they talk and every step they take - The lights for the hotel near by are SUPER bright at night. Definitely need some blackout shades - Virtually zero guidance from Kees. Had to figure out wifi, checkout instructions, no idea where the trash was, etc.

Very nice unit and proximity to the beach can't be beat! Close to a hotel and a public beach access which was very busy, which took away some privacy when sitting on the deck. Check in and out process was very easy and well communicated ahead of time. Even though the weather wasn't the best, we enjoyed our first time at the Outer Banks and would stay here again!

Great location across from the Wright Memorial and right on the beach. Could really use a good cleaning. There was a fair amount of dirt on the floors, drawers, and countertops. The decorative pillows need to be washed. Both bathrooms really need to be scrubbed from top to bottom.

Our family of 4 had an absolutely delightful time at Wave Watcher! The views were by far my favorite part of the unit, they really can't be beat. We were so comfortable there after a full day of fun in the sun. I was so sad to leave, and would return without a doubt!
