Large Luxury House in Excellent Location. Ideal for families

Cloverfield House is a very large spacious house and very popular with families and groups. Located at the gateway to the National Park and Lakes of Killarney you can cycle or walk from the house to Muckross Abbey, Muckross House and Torc Waterfall. The house is fully equipped and furnished to a very high standard with large rooms and high ceilings. There are 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 sitting rooms, 2 dining areas, fully equipped kitchen with induction cooker and large island. Laundry room with washing machine and American Dryer. Strong Wifi throughout the house.. Patio seating area at the front of the house. Our location is so central for all that Killarney has to offer in terms of mountains, lakes, leisure activities, entertainment, pubs and restaurants. Less than 4 minutes drive to Killarney town. A walk through all the rooms in the house which was filmed by one of our guests can be viewed by entering Cloverfield House Killarney on YOUTUBE

Great Stay!

House was the perfect location -- close to town and sites -- and exactly as represented on VRBO. Really a beautiful property. Breda was an excellent host and helped us get settled in quickly and was very responsbive during out stay. Highly recommend.

Great property. Will probably have to disclose all the construction going on around the property. Luckily it did not affect our short stay. Could see it being a major issue for weekly renters.Great property, Great location. Breda was exceptional.

Wonderful home in Killarney

The house is wonderful. Very large, spotlessly clean, super nice, very close to town location. We stayed as an extended family of 6, it was great for everyone to have their own bedrooms and bath, which was a break from staying in hotels on the rest of the trip, highly recommended.

Second day and always excellent.

For the event that we are attending, this is the ideal location. Two dance teachers chaperoning 10 students and it’s ideal for getting to the INEC. Breda is an amazing host and they’re very quick to deal with anything that comes up of concern, which is rare.

Perfect house!

We had a great stay at the house for two families, kids ranging from age 3 to 14. Kitchen was fantastic, 7 min drive to Aldi (and rest of Killarney), great location and Breda was so sweet and easy to get in touch with. Thanks for making our trip!

Great accommodation for a large group

The house was absolutely perfect for a large group of 12 adults. We spent the majority of our time (when not out doing stuff) in the kitchen eating and chatting. The patio area was also really nice when the sun was out. The location was excellent with easy access to Killarney town centre (walk or short cab ride) and local attractions.

Killarney Country Home

This house is a beautiful country home with large rooms and plenty of space for our group of seven to spread out. The owner was present at check-in and drove us to a grocery store to stock up. The property was clean and well decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Perfect for our family

Beautiful, large house that gave us the room we needed for 3 generations, including 3 active children. Convenient to town and restaurants. One of us is in a wheelchair and the owners built a small ramp to make her entry an exit easier. The owners are delightful people. Quite grand, but so comfortable.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Cloverfield House

I am so glad I chose Breda's home for our stay in Killarney. She was the perfect hostess....communicating before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We traveled with our adult children and their spouses so we needed a home that could accommodate 8 adults and give us a little privacy too. We also wanted decent sized beds and a large kitchen. This home was perfect. We could (and did) walk to town, but we also called for a taxi in the evenings and all we had to say was that we were at the Cloverfield House. Breda's restaurant recommendation was very helpful and she even assisted when we needed urgent care information. It was a great location for a day trip to Dingle and exploring Killarney National Park. I hope we get to return one day.

Large comfortable bedrooms and living spaces. Our only criticism would be that more care should be given to maintenance as several of the ceiling lights needed replacements. Several of our group that cook thought the kitchen could be better equipped and organized.

This property and the owner was the very best of any vrbo property that we ever rented! Not only is the house gorgeous it was the cleanest. I kept staring at the tiles in the bathroom wishing mine looked that good! Breda was a lovely host helped us with anything we needed. Showed us how to work the appliances, then left us alone. Also the beds were very comfortable, and you dont always get that. Its so important to have good beds on vacation! I highly recommend this property!!!!!!

Wonderful Hostess & Host with a Great VRBO

Breda is one of the best Hostesses on VRBO! Her husband Neil greeted us at the house and demonstrated how to use the appliances in the kitchen & laundry room. One of our adult family members, who was feeling sick, contacted Breda the next morning asking about medical facilities in the area. Breda came over quickly to inform us of the different medical care options in the area and took them to a medical facility as well as helped them to navigate the health system there. The house was grand, plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms. We went out everyday to explore Killarney National Park & Killarney town. At the home we pretty much hung out in the large kitchen and adjacent den playing games & watching a soccer match. We had a great time in Killarney! Thank you Breda!!

Fabulous home!

An absolutely stunning home. The pictures don’t do it justice. Breda was a pleasure to meet and she taught us about everything in the house. Our favorite room was the kitchen and it will be yours too! Our family staying in other homes wanted to come and cook in our kitchen. we were very comfortable and had plenty of room as the house is very spacious. The grounds are gorgeous and we enjoyed sitting outside and taking it all in. We also loved being very close to downtown Killarney. We’d love to come back again.
