The top level provides open plan living , kitchen, dining and lounge with doors opening out to the Mediterranean terrace overlooking the garden and panoramic ocean views. On the top level you"ll also find a study with a futon sofa bed.

The middle level offers the Master bedroom with Ensuite and private terrace access. There are 2 more bedrooms on this level with balcony access and a beautifully appointed second bathroom.

The lower level accessed by the external spiral staircase offers a private retreat with a lounge area, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom opening out to your own terrace and garden.

The home does not have air conditioning, but is designed to stay comfortable with ceiling fans, natural airflow, and coastal breezes.

This property is pet friendly with prior approval from the owners. Pets are to be kept off carpeted areas, beds, couches, cushions and other soft furnishings. Additional cleaning fees will apply if pets mark or soil these areas, or leave excessive fur or dirt behind.
