"Rooms were kept cleaned daily. Staff are friendly helpful & polite. Laundry service available. Breakfast had plenty of options. Dawa (kenya tea is a must try) Beautiful surroundings. Convenience of the mall Lots to do onsite . I intend to stay here again. We were welcomed & well looked after by the staff. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Gorgeous hotel with breakfast buffet, very friendly staff and great amenities. It’s not too far from the airport and was relatively central to everything. The staff were able to upgrade our room after sharing we were on our honeymoon which was very kind of them. Highly recommend Gem Forest, I would definitely go back."

"Hyatt Westlands: Great Staff and a Convenient Base I had a really good stay at the Hyatt Westlands. The standout was the staff, who were helpful and friendly from check-in to checkout and were always happy to assist with any request. The location is excellent, well placed for getting around and with plenty of options close by, which made the whole stay easy and stress-free. The gym was another highlight. It was well equipped and a great way to keep up my routine while travelling. Overall, this is a great choice for a comfortable stay with attentive service and good facilities in a convenient spot. I'd happily stay again. Rating: 4.5/5"
Brackenhurst Conference and Retreat Centre

"Brackenhurst was a perfect and serene location to spend the night or take a retreat. We spent the day there after coming in through Nairobi. Jane at ActsAfrica at Brackenhurst helped to arrange transport from our hotel in Nairobi, a schedule a delightful tea tour at Gathoni Tea plantation, and transportation continuing from there to Brackenhurst. The price for transport, meals, the gift shop, and the stay were very competitive. We very much appreciate the staff at Brackenhurst for making us feel most welcome in Kenya! The night guards even told us where to find the colobus monkeys, and the restaurant packed us breakfast-to-go for the morning. We look forward to visiting again the next time we are in-country. Asante sana!"

"Loved my stay at sanctuary heart. The watch tower is in the middle of the farm so you are always surrounded by some animals and steps away from the main restaurant. The food was great - I did not need to bother cooking for myself. Ahead of my trip to Naivasha, I had reached out to sanctuary farm to inquire about some of the experienced and activities that they offer. The team was super responsive and helpful- not a single question went unanswered. I also appreciate the cashless system at the farm. I did not have to worry about carrying any cash with me. Really enjoyed my stay - however brief."

"Bel endroit, un peu vieillot mais avec tous les services nécessaires et un personnel hors pair. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Beaucoup de marches, et surtout le restaurant qui est en haut d'un colline. L'endroit n'est pas très bien adapté pour les persoones à mobilité réduite, mais il y a des voiturettes de golf pour les déplacements. Excellent buffet déjeuner et très bon resto. À recommander."
