「It was such a beautiful and welcoming place. The lady at the front desk set the mood right from the moment we met. It was like being welcomed home! You can see great love is put into the upkeep of the property. It may not be the Ritz but it is where I would prefer to stay any day. Loved it & thank you for the memories.」

「Originally built in 1923 this hotel is like stepping back in time. Extensively renovated it’s a cool place to stay. Plenty of dining options within walking distance. We wish we could have stayed a couple more nights, and certainly will the next time we are in Cranbrook. 」

「It's an older property but well-kept inside, comfortable, and clean. Any staff that I interacted with were great, I enjoyed being able to use the pool & hot tub, and I really enjoyed my dinner in the lounge. Likewise, the breakfast next morning was ample & tasty.
