“Very spacious by Tokyo standards. I liked that it had three full beds for the whole fam. Fully set kitchen and fridge for any cooking you want to do. AC works exceptionally well which was nice at the end of a hot and humid day. A bit off the beaten track but easy to get everywhere with different subway stations within a 10 minutes walk. It felt very safe here. ”

“1人で約5日間滞在しました。部屋が新しくて綺麗でした。個人的にいちばん嬉しかったのは洗濯機と浴室乾燥があり、さらに干す為のハンガーと吊り下げの洗濯バサミがあったことです。駅も近く、坂も少ないため大きなスーツケースで移動するのも苦ではありませんでした。近くに商店街があり、薬局やコンビニ、飲食店も豊富です。騒音もなく、苦にならない程度の人通りがあるところのすぐ近くなので治安もよく、夜でも安心して外を歩くことが出来ました。壁床が薄目なので大きな音を立てると響きやすいこと、チェックインの時部屋の鍵が入っている箱を見つけるのに手間取ったこと、玄関が狭いのが少し注意点です。 欠点を含めても、値段以上の質が担保されていると感じました。 品川周辺で用事がある時はまた利用したいです。”

“My boyfriend and I (both 18) stayed here for 9 days during our trip to Japan and had a great experience. The space was small, but it had everything we needed. The futon bed was comfortable, and we really appreciated having a balcony and access to a washer. It was about a 10-minute walk to the train station, which made getting around super convenient. “I've given a 5 star because it's a very quiet suburban feeling location. The room is small but we'll appointed. Close to restaurants, groceries, trains and walking distance to many main attractions. I one caveat I would put on the property is the stairs are steep, be aware. Also the pin on the Expedia map is in the wrong place.”

“The property was exactly what we needed for our two week stay in Japan! We were left alone and weren’t bothered. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment however we found it didn’t dry our clothes very well. However there is within walking distance a laundry mat that was super easy to use and get to. Would recommend staying here for anyone wanting a cheaper stay and a little less touristy to get emerged into Japan. ”

"A comfortable stay. Staff is friendly and room is clean with a nice view and balcony. Hotel located in a quiet area with wide view. Metro and JR station nearby and can reach the centre of Shinjuku in 15 mins. The public bath there is also very nice and relaxing. The only minor thing which I hope that can be improved is about gym equipment which basically only tracking and cycling machine without weight equipment. "
