Extremely quick communication, in a nice quieter part of Tokyo with 25 minute access to Shibuya. Room was clean and well decorated. Would love to stay here again when I return to Tokyo!

Great location, close to a train station, convenient store, restaurants. The unit was small but functional for the two of us for six nights. The place was a little dirty. I had to vacuum, swiffer the floors, and scrub the bathtub on the first day. Other than that, it was good.

Mini apartment for two😊

Small mini apartment in good location. Nice bathroom, minimal kitchen utensils but big fridge. TV should be mounted on wall to safe on precious floor space.

This was a quieter neighborhood in Tokyo but easy to get to everything we needed and close to a train station. The property is simple but has everything you need. The only thing it did not have were three-prong outlets which is fine but just a heads up for American travelers, has plenty of two prong outlets though.

Kitchen and full refrigerator was so clean and useful. The best part of the stay other than the overall cleanliness was the in unit washer and dryer it was so nice to not have to use a coin laundry!! The room was large for the price and had every amenity you could need.

O quarto é bom, fica numa área residencial bem fofa; A única problemática é ter paredes muito finas. Pode-se ouvir os vizinhos com bastante clareza, e gera uma preocupação constante de estar incomodando com qualquer barulho. Fora isso, é confortável. Tem toalhas, máquina de lavar e uma cozinha com alguns apetrechos. A estação de metrô fica muito perto, e é muito seguro e tranquilo de andar pela região.

入室するとき鍵穴が二個所有ることに気づくのが遅れ慌てた。大きなキーボックスの陰に隠れて下の方の鍵穴に気がつくのが遅くなった。送られてきた資料の荏原中延駅から画像付き道順のページに鍵穴が二個所有ることが書いてなかったのも原因の一つ。

非常に快適。駅から少し歩くのと、近くにコンビニがないので5分くらい歩く。 施設は綺麗ですし広さも充分。環境も住宅街でとても静か。連泊には非常に便利だと思う。洗濯機はありますが、洗剤は自分で用意する必要あり。
