「Very pleasant stay. Lovely property and staff. Bit of confusion over checkin code but caused purely by generic emails from host. Code given at reception so all very simple.
Only slight negative was the mattress. Could feel springs in places.
Overall a lovely stay at a good price.」

「Our thanks to Magda for explaining how to use the different codes. Our room was on the first floor, was very clean, had an air conditioning unit and included everything we needed for our two night stay. Our room included a kitchenette with a refrigerator, that actually kept our water cold, microwave, hob and a kettle. There was a wall-mounted television and free WiFi. 「Very nice, ample and light room with a double bed, a proper desk, kitchenette and table. Much nicer and spacious than a hotel room. Bed was not the most comfortable but ok for a couple of nights. 10 minutes walking away from Rugby's pedestrian area. Can be a bit noisy from the road, but not worse than other hotels I've stayed in Rugby.
Only issue was that email with access instructions went to Spam as it didn't come from hotels.com, but once I called I got the access codes in a couple of...
